New Private Penthouse w/pool overlooking Cabo San Lucas Marina, ocean & beaches. Located in the beautiful, prestigious, secure, private, Pedregal community, just steps from the Waldorf Astoria. Five minute walk to town, marina, beaches, shops, restaurants, & activities. Comfy King bed, onsite bathroom w/shower. Sliding glass doors just steps away from your heated, beach entry pool. Private community with 24 hour security.
The space
Your own private 400 square foot newly built Penthouse/Casita with private entrance, Fast Wi-fi, full kitchen, Air Conditioning, King size bed, work desk, 55" smart T.V. Sliding glass doors open to pool and deck area with comfortable chairs & lounge chairs. Bathroom with shower, soaps, shampoos, towels, blow dryer.
Guest access
Besides your comfy cool "Casita", You will wake to the beautiful sunrises of Cabo San Lucas from your bedroom glass doors. Only a few steps away to your beach entry pool. Many evenings you will enjoy the sounds of the city and firework displays from our comfortable patio furniture and lounge chairs. Please note, the pool has a drop edge to give you a full view. Please do not sit or walk on this edge, it is very dangerous.
Other things to note:
We have one of the most beautiful, private beaches in all of Cabo on the Pacific side of our community,
Our "Courtside Cafe" is just a short walk up our hill by our Pickleball/Tennis courts and Concierge offices. Open for Breakfast & Lunch (cash only), We also have a new restaurant at our Mountain Club "Fenix" which has a Michelin-recommended chef. Open for lunch and dinner (reservations recommended).
All other restaurants, tours, shopping, the marina and Medano Beach are just a short walk down our hill. You do not need to rent a car unless you are planning on doing a lot of day trips. However, if you do, we have parking for you.

Charlie & I purchased land here in Cabo in 1995 on our Honeymoon! We loved it that much then & love it even more now! We feel so blessed to have the opportunity to meet so many wonderful travelers & to share our knowledge of Cabo and help them get the exact vacation they need. We finished building our home in 2003 & added a top level with a pool and Penthouse in 2020. We are from Denver, Colorado & decided to move here full time in 2016. We still go back to visit our family in the summer, but Cabo is our home. Thank goodness for video technology!

Our home is the only privately hosted vacation rental (that we know of) where the owners (who first language is English) live on site to help guests with anything they may need or make sure they get the peace & quiet they need for a relaxing vacation. From our home, you have a view of the Marina, beaches and town, plus we have our own private beach within our community!
