Denna nyrenoverade, trendiga lägenhet erbjuder allt som en resenär kan önska, från bekväma stora sängar med högkvalitativa sängkläder, garanterat att ge en god natts sömn, till ett fullt utrustat kök med tvättmaskin, diskmaskin och en lagrad kaffemaskin att använda på din fritid. Varje rum är väl förberedt för de varma sommarnätterna med luftkonditionering i hela lägenheterna. Dela stunder tillsammans i de gemensamma utrymmena i lägenheterna - matsalen och vardagsrummet (med en 50''TV).
Lägenheten har fem sovrum, alla med garderober och läslampor. Två av sovrummen är komplett med badrum. Ett av dessa sovrum har en king size-säng och den andra är ett rymligt dubbelrum som rymmer två extrasängar om det behövs.

Lots of room

Simple furnishings but well appointed. All the basics were supplied for kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. 24 hour reception desk at the hostel next door was very helpful. Location was very convenient but traffic was bad. Don’t bother with Ubers during rush hour. Walk or take the subway.

Miguel Santos and staff were absolutely phenomenal. Amazing hospitality and quick service. The nicest apartment we have ever vacationed in. Great accommodations, perfect location, very friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely be back.

Great location

Appartement was spacious, well equipped. Great location. Decor would need some updating and bathroom in large room with 2 beds needs a vanity change. Its always nice to have space around the sink. We feel that large room should have the large bed and the other large room should have the two single beds. Make it an ensuite bathroom master as well. Aside from that all great. Staff were simply amazing!!

Family Vacation

We had 4 children, 6 adults and 2 seniors and the layout of the apartment and the amenities allowed us plenty of room with enough beds for all. The kitchen was adequate for a chef to cook two meals for us and seating was enough for all 12. Air conditioning was appreciated as the days grew hotter. The staff (from the adjacent hostel) was outstanding. The washer and dryer was used by all and allowed us to travel with less baggage than usual. The location and Praca Marques de Pombal was near public transit and also the Parc Eduardo VII.

Huge apartment in great area

Great place for large group with lots of spaces to hang out in. Large dining room, good kitchen, and convenient washer and dryer. Located near Metro stop but also just a 20-minute walk to Rossio station in the heart of the city. Wouldn’t hesitate to return here.

The apartment is spacious and can well serve 14 adults. It was clean, modern and easy to access the metro to get around Lisbon. The staff at the Hostel made the check in process easy and were very helpful and approachable with any questions we had throughout our stay.

Awesome one level home in Lisbon

Our stay in Lisbon was enhanced by coming home after a long day of sightseeing to this beautiful home. The space is enormous, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the bedrooms were large and comfortable. The neighborhood is walkable to a great supermarket, many restaurants and specialty stores. As with all of Lisbon, hills abound, but using Uber is reasonably priced and made getting around easy. The management team was helpful and communicative. We would highly recommend this rental !! Thanks for providing a fabulous place to call home in Lisbon.

Family trip to Portugal

My husband and I brought our 4 grown children and their spouses to Porto,Fatima and Lisbon. Te Cruz apartment was well equipped for our group of 10 adults. Only challenge was a breaker that operated the air conditioners in half the apartment that would trip- but staff would quickly fix it. Apartment had both a washer and dryer which was amazing. Location was just a block from the markets on Liberty St and the metro station.

Family celebration of a milestone birthday

Wonderful, spacious, quiet apartment. The beds were comfortable. The location was near the metro and near a park. There were a lot of varied restaurants nearby. The five bedrooms inferred plenty of space for our large group of nine. Would highly recommend .

Beautiful apartment in a great location

This apartment is beautiful, very spacious, and in a great location (just off Avenida Liberdade). Seven adults and two kids stayed here comfortably with extra beds. The staff at the hostel next door was very helpful and available 24 hours a day, like a hotel. The apartment was well stocked with amenities like coffee and shampoo. I highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to Lisbon with a large family or group.

Fantastic apartment

We were a group of 10 girls and stayed here for a hen party in November, all communication before we arrived was answered quickly and I found it all to be very helpful! On arrival check in process was quick & easy, show around if the apartment was thorough and it had everything we could have needed for a weekend away. It was very spacious and the beds were super comfortable, one room has a balcony which was perfect for the smokers of the group. We found the location perfect to use as our base for the weekend for getting out and seeing the sights of Lisbon. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for other large groups.

THE BEST!!

We started planning this vacation trip nearly two years ago; to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary, my husband, our 3 sons, their 3 spouses, and our 4 grandchildren decided on a trip to Portugal. We spent 5 days in Lisbon and then moved out to the Barca Charm House in Colares. What an treasure! I knew we wanted to be close to Sintra and near to beaches and coastal villages. Colares was the perfect location! I read reviews of all the 5-bedroom houses I could find in the area; while there were several lovely possibilities, I was struck by all the over-the-top comments about Sandra and Eduardo, the incredible hosts at Barca Charm House. It was primarily because of this that we chose their place - and we were so glad we did! Sandra and Eduardo were so responsive to every request or question we had; they also gave us many incredible recommendations about little places to visit, wonderful restaurants to try, and the best local markets for purchasing whatever we needed. They were an absolute delight to deal with - I now feel like we have "family" in Portugal! The Barca Charm House is really lovely, decorated with colorful little touches everywhere - I smile just thinking about the happy colors and delightful spaces, lots of room for everyone! Sunlight and open windows with beautiful breezes! The pool was used daily and the kids had so much fun in the garden with its playhouses, badminton, tennis tetherball and more. Overall Positive, But Needs Improving

Property was adequate for our group, with very large and cozy living area. Kitchen and dining areas were good. Internet was reliable, considering there were 14 of us. The apartment was clean and in very good condition. The beds are average--not super comfy, but not terrible either. There was even room for a couple of more beds in the room where the owner put 4 twin beds. Instead of putting a set of bunk beds in what was basically a large hall closet, I would have rather the owner put the bunk beds in the other big room with the 4 twin beds and private bath. That hall closet area had no circulating air, except for a pole fan that the owner provided. A word to future guests: The property that you think you book may or may not be the property you get. What the owner has posted online is "representative" of the kinds of apartments he has, but not all of his apartments look like that. He promised us a 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom apartment, which is what we got, but it certainly was not the one shown online (the owner has 6 apartments in this building, and all, according to him, are 5 bedrooms). While the owner did respond very promptly to all of my messages I sent him through VRBO before and once during our stay, I would have liked being able to either email or text him directly without having to open up my reservation each time on the VRBO site. Also, I would have appreciated knowing ahead of our trip that we needed to pay a deposit of 10€ per apartment key, as that had to be done in cash (so it could be refunded at the end of our stay). Since we didn't get to the apartment until after the banks had closed, and because none of the ATMs around that area are on the Multibanco network, we had no way to get any € right then. The only reason I had any € at all was because I had brought some home from my last Europe trip a few years ago, and I used most of this for deposits for five apartment keys. We had one small issue one morning with no hot water. Unfortunately, when I tried calling the hostel as instructed for help with anything when we checked in, nobody answered the phone, and this was after 6am on a weekday. So, I had to take a very cold shower, get dressed, then walk over to the hostel to explain the problem. Thankfully, they were very helpful and someone came right over to turn the water heater back on. Later another person came to check it and make sure it was running properly. Overall good experience. Will consider staying here again.

Tolle Wohnung!

Wir waren begeistert vom Apartment. Groß, sauber, mit Aufzug zu erreichen, zentral. Perfekte Kommunikation mit Verwalter, der auch z.B. Service Transfer geregelt hat. Die Hitze in der Stadt haben wir überlebt dank der Klimaanlage.

Parfait !

Nous étions un groupe de 11 personnes et tout s’est parfaitement passé. L’appartement était spacieux, propre et parfaitement équipé, ce qui le rendait très confortable pour un grand groupe. La pièce à vivre, très grande, était idéale pour partager des moments tous ensemble.L’emplacement est également très pratique, avec une pharmacie et un supermarché à proximité. Le logement était prêt à notre arrivée, bien avant l’heure prévue de remise des clés, ce qui a été très appréciable. Enfin, le personnel a été très accueillant et aimable tout au long de notre séjour.Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement !
