Belägen på första våningen i en 16th Century byggnad, den här lägenheten, helrenoverat 2011, overooks en fridfull innergård. Allt här bidrar till att skapa en elegant och raffinerad rymden: Gamla bjälkar i taket, en tydlig ekparkett, en dekorativ öppen spis, naturmaterial, en harmoni i färg i grått svartvitt förstärkt med "rose-fuchsia" anteckningar, en del familje objekt, böcker och guider tillgängliga för våra värdar, och på väggarna, fina målningar. Köket och vardagsrummet är en unik plats, endast åtskilda av bords bar där du tar dina måltider. Sovrummet är helt oberoende, inredda med en bekväm queen size-säng, bokhyllor, övervakad och ett skrivbord. Lägenheten är utrustad med: Ultra platt-TV, Internet Wi-Fi, telefon, "Bose Sound Wave System", ett fullt utrustat kök med många många skåp och en hel del lagringsplats. Entré skyddas av ett säkerhetssystem.

Perfect for just me!

I took a last minute solo trip to Paris and was fortunate to stumble upon this adorable apartment steps from Notre Dame. Although it’s in a very old building, it was only one floor up…quite nice not to have to walk up many floors after long days of exploring. The apartment has everything one needs and is this to thoughtfully equipped with the comforts of home with a creative French flair! It’s perfect for 1 or 2 people but I wouldn’t add more. Although it’s a smoke free home, if you’re sensitive to smoke, somehow the smoke from neighbors does seep in. (I’m sensitive!) I was fortunate to enjoy a neighbor playing beautiful classical piano music…a treat! I’d love to stay here again to explore more of beautiful Paris! The location is outstanding with an outdoor market nearby, the metro, amazing shopping and easy walks to the best of Paris. Forget staying at a hotel and stay at this well priced lovely apartment and you’ll be happy you did!

Taste of Paris

Perfect location to get a true feel for Paris. Apt was charming, cozy and we felt at home in the neighborhood. Our hosts were very helpful in setting up the reservation. The property manager, Vincent, was very helpful and made the check in very easy. Would definitely come back and will recommend to our friends.

Everything was wonderful about this property: location, set up, cleanliness. Our only issue was the central heating (too hot) and there was no way to adjust it. Otherwise it was exceptional!

Perfect apartment in the Latin Quarter

Christine and Yann’s apartment couldn’t have been more perfect for our 8 day trip to Paris. It was extremely spacious for the two of us. The apartment was perfectly located in the Latin Quarter. We were steps from amazing cafes, restaurants, the Seine, and Notre Dame. Access to the metro was close by. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone who is looking to stay in the Latin Quarter. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Paris again. Thank you Christine and Yann!!!

Absolutely loved this place!

Brilliant little apartment for two in fabulous location and walking distance to restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, HOHO bus stop around the corner. Would definitely stay here again. Easy, clear communication with the owners before arrival. We had two issues with blocked shower and tv set top box - they were both resolved efficiently and promptly and with a smile. Highly recommend this quaint little Parisian apartment!!

Great Apartment

The apartment as shown doesn't give a true representation of the comfort, size and location. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom a nice size with a great shower, the bed had the nicest duvet to crawl under and the living room's sofa to sit back and relax after a day of seeing Paris. An added feature was a large closet where we could hang our clothes and store are larger luggage plus shelving for additional storage. Cafe and restaurants are close by and Notre Dame is visible just outside the front door. The garden setting made the apartment very quiet. The secure entrance made us feel safe although the street was also quiet. Christine was very responsive to our questions from the beginning of booking to our checkout. If it were available on our next dream trip to Paris, we would definitely stay there again.

A Gem in the 5eme

This apartment was a true treat not only for the incredible location, but also the beautiful design, and great amenities. We were greeted onsite by the property manager who was very patient with us through travel delays. He took the time to help make us feel at home. The shower has excellent water pressure and instant hot water. The bed is firm and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The espresso maker and washing machine were particularly appreciated. The location couldn’t be better. The 5eme is a lively and historic quarter located in the heart of Paris. The apartment is a short walk to the RER. You’re conveniently close to supermarkets, shopping, food of all kinds, and nightlife. However when you step into the courtyard garden, you are met with serenity and a fluffy black cat who lives on the ground floor. Couldn’t have asked for a better home away from home in Paris.

Very convenient location and near the train stop. host and site manager were all very communicative, making airport and train transport easy. Charming, comfortable, central and convenient

Love, love, loved staying here! The host and owners were wonderful! Location was fantastic! Close to Notre Dame but tucked away on a quiet street. Close to bakeries, markets, restaurants and hop on/off bus stops. Tastefully decorated with a bit of a feminine Parisian feel, perfect one bedroom, living space, kitchen and bath; small and cozy but still comfortable for my 6’ husband. We will never stay anywhere else! Perfection ❤️

Hi, Location in central Paris was perfect, within minutes of the Metro and Boulanger plus supermarkets. Very quite and quite cool despite very warm conditions. Very safe with access through three level . Quite bijou, ok for two people but it would very crammed for four people especially if they had large bags. Regards, Trevor

Beautiful, quiet apartment in perfect left bank location

This apartment was a great place to stay for myself, my mother, and my daughter. The apartment, despite being very close to Notre Dame, is very quiet, on a beautiful courtyard. The apartment is situated in such a way that you don't see anyone else's windows, so you have a very private space. It is also very secure in that you have a two doors to go through before entering the apartment building. The apartment itself has been very thoughtfully appointed. You have everything you could possibly need. The property managers are lovely and very responsive as well as the hosts. We have stayed in many apartments in Paris, and I would definitely recommend this one!

Perfection

We had a wonderful stay at Rue L’hotel Colbert for 6 delightful weeks. “Home Sweet Home” checked all the boxes for our Paris experience: Safety was critical as I was there sometimes alone. I felt so comfortable in this apartment and never worried for myself. Great Location for easy access to all your destinations. Walking , riding the bus or using the metro could not have been simpler from this apartment 1 block south of the Seine and Notre Dame. Restaurants are plentiful in this locale and after sightseeing all day we often chose to eat on Ile Saint-Louis just a short stroll away. The amenities within the apartment were top notch. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot and soothing. Everything one would need for cooking at home was provided and the most delicious croissants were available each morning down the street at Maison d’Isabelle to jump start our mornings. I highly recommend this Apartment for you Paris visit. Thank you Yann and Christine for providing all the comforts of home sweet home. Julia

Wonderful Apartment In Latin Quarter near Notre Dame

Quiet, relaxing, and serene apartment located just steps away from the Seine and Notre Dame. Modern, clean with large bedroom (bed, desk, and window), comfortable living room space (comfortable pull-out couch), fully-functional kitchen, and bathroom with laundry-dryer. Our hosts were responsive to questions and flexible with our early arrival time - really helped to make it a wonderful week in Paris. Merci!

Comfortable apartment, perfect location

We loved staying in this property. It was very comfortable and in a great location. There were numerous great boulangeries, restaurants, and grocery stores just a short walk away. The metro station was very close, but we walked most of the time. The Louvre, Musee D'Orsay, L'Orangerie, and other attractions were a beautiful walk along the Seine away. The building was so quiet, it seemed like we were the only tenants. The apartment was perfect for two adults, with a full kitchen and all the appliances we needed. A great espresso machine was a nice added touch. This will be our first choice for our next visit.
