Indulge in a coastal retreat at our charming Seashell condominium, just a brief 5-minute stroll from the pristine shores of the Indian shore beach. Nestled in the meticulously maintained Seashell community, this two-story unit promises a vacationer's paradise.

Immerse yourself in resort-style living with amenities such as a heated pool, a tranquil patio, a fishing dock, and waterside dining—all just steps from your doorstep. The allure of our townhome is accentuated by its spacious balcony, a favorite among guests. Whether sipping morning tea, coffee, or an evening cocktail, this private space offers a perfect escape.

Inside, the main living area is both inviting and comfortable, boasting ample seating and a large smart TV for entertainment. The kitchen, bathed in natural light, is equipped with all the essentials for dining in, providing a homey atmosphere. A convenient half bath is situated on this level.

Upstairs, discover two well-appointed bedrooms—one featuring a luxurious King Size bed, and the other adorned with two queens. Two full updated bathrooms add to the convenience, while a full-size washer and dryer within the condo simplify your stay.

Great location and clean

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean. Location was perfect with a pool and short walk to the beach ( handicap parking at access 1st access point north of property) The only downside I didn't take into consideration is the stairs. (Traveling with seniors) You must carry everything up external stairs to the townhome and then stairs inside the house.

Family spring break

Condo worked great for our family of 4. Pool very clean, condo and property clean and well maintained. Great location to beach (5min walk). We appreciated the beach chairs and toys for our use. Garage was a nice option also. Restaurants nearby: try Guppys, Salt Rock, Conch Republic. We would rent here again.

Nice place

We stayed 3 nights. I don’t believe the master was a king bed like advertised. Other than that it was great. Nice pool, easy walk to the beach.

Work trip

Clean and comfortable. The only issue, which wasn’t even an issue, just something to consider in case you’re driving a van or SUV with one of those storage things on the roof - not anything the host could’ve anticipated. Was unable to park inside the garage, the door wouldn’t lift up high enough for my vehicle to go under - but the vehicle is a RAM 3500, significantly larger and taller than an average vehicle. I didn’t have any issues parking outside, feels like a safe neighborhood.

Great location!

Excellent location in quaint Indian Rocks. The beach is across the street, with two public access spots nearby. We found several restaurants, ice cream spots, bakery, convenience store, mini golf all within 1.5 mile walk. The property was very clean, and the living room TV is huge for movies after a Long Beach day. The area is very safe and super cute. Would definitely stay in this complex again.

Very Nice Property - Great Location!!

Great sized location for multiple reasons. Everything worked for us and location is prime. Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay this close to the beach. Restaurants and services were top notch. Used Green Iguana for rental services. They get a 10 out of 10 as well as property. Walk to beech and restaurants, all great.

Perfect Vacay Spot!

We loved the property and our stay! The condo was clean and quiet. We loved the location and how clean the pool area was. We watched the sunrise over the fishing pier and it was just a short walk to the beach! We will definitely try to stay here again!

This a great location to be in the beach is a walk away.

Very clean and updated. My little guy had a great time fishing right off the dock. Our daughter loved the short walk to the beach. We WILL be back. :)

A short getaway

It was a short stay, but we enjoyed every bit of it. We spent most of the time at the beach, which was only a short distance. Ate at Keegan’s and crabby bills! And had a great dinner at both places. Highly recommend.
