Right off the bat the house was very clean, well decorated and well equipped. The amenities were very good. The location was perfect for a walk to all the shops and restaurants off Main Street. For a two night girls trip this was a wonderful relaxing stay and we had wished we had extended our time to an extra day with how comfortable we all felt in the house. The communication was also really awesome. We would definitely stay again!

We came to cottonwood with 2 other couples and had a wonderful time wine tasting and the house was in the perfect location.a quick walk to downtown. Not to mention it was an absolutely cute lil cottage. There was plenty of seating inside to sit and talk. I guess my only wish is that it had nicer and more comfortable sitting out and on the porch. I’m a early riser and love to sit outside and have my morning coffee

Very enjoyable stay

This house was very clean and we felt very comfortable during our stay. The house had everything we needed and is in a very quiet neighborhood. One evening that we stayed we walked a block to the downtown area to have dinner. We would stay again if we returned to the area. The beds were VERY comfortable!

Perfect Location & Beautifully Appointed

Just got back from Cottonwood & stayed in this fabulous home! It has been beautifully redone/appointed and has all that you need for a wonderful stay. The mini-split ac systems were great! The property is very nicely redone & walkable to the historic downtown of Cottonwood. What a great trip our crew had! We will be staying there again!

Cozy Cottonwood Getaway

The House was adorable and clean and had everything we needed! The location was perfect for walking into town. The only disappointment was that the fire pit area/yard was overgrown with weeds and not an appealing spot to enjoy a cozy fire as it appeared in the pictures.
