Your home away from home! Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Just minutes away from beautiful Cape Harbor, restaurants, shopping, parks, canal fishing and more! Take a dip in the pool to cool off or grill some dinner on the patio; this sunny home is calling your name for the ultimate relaxation experience.
The space
The home is in prestigious southwest Cape Coral, boasts over 2,000 square ft in a single-story (the entire home is wheelchair accessible) with a king master bedroom, a queen bedroom and dual twin bedroom. Additionally, there is a pack-and-play crib available for families with little ones and a futon sleeper couch in the office!
The home offers a private, fenced in yard featuring a lanai over the expansive pool patio. There youâll find an oasis with views of palm trees, heated saltwater pool with southern exposure, tons of seating and lounge chairs, and gas bbq grill! The white vinyl fence is perfect for privacy while swimming and keeping pets and children within!
Make yourself at home in the kitchen which offers all the essentials, in addition to an InstantPot, waffle maker, toaster, blender, panini grill and more! Lastly, there is a private office space for those who work remotely or are students. Come stay awhile!
