As you pull into the driveway, the fabulous outdoor setting awaits you before you even enter the house. The welcoming covered porch is a great setting to sit back and relax while the kids play in the open level yard. You will also notice the new modern hot tub under a private gazebo, an outdoor fire pit to enjoy in the evenings under the stars, a 2-person swing to take in the fresh air, as well as a charcoal BBQ grill with an outdoor seating area surrounded by beautiful nature.

Just around the corner is the game room where fun and games can be enjoyed by everyone of all ages. Enjoy a round of poker or cards, challenge each other to a game of pool, play on the 2 arcade games or just sit and relax in the bar area as you watch your favorite game or show. The three bedrooms are located in the back of the house.
