About this space
A friendly and generous home of 110 sqm and 50 sqm of outdoor terraces. It is located in a private PREMIUM neighborhood with restricted access, in a very quiet area of the city.
We are at the foot of the Meses Mountains. You can explore directly from the location mountain trails for hiking, running or cycling. The tennis courts are 1 km away.
The home has a dedicated work area with 500MB speed internet.
The 22 KW own charging station is located in front of the house.
The space
Living area:
The living room is comfortable with exit on a generous terrace of 20 sqm, covered, for a relaxing evening or if you want to work outdoors.
The kitchen is ultradotated and ergonomic to make yourself feel at home.
The dining area is spacious being equipped with suitable dishes and glasses.
Night area:
There are 2 generous quiet bedrooms with high boxspring beds. One bedroom is equipped with KING SIZE bed (200x180) and the other with medium double bed (180x160) and comfortable mattresses. Both bedrooms are equipped with SMART TVs. The master bedroom has its own bathroom. Every bathroom has a shower.
Terraces:
The terrace of about 25 sqm with access from the kitchen also has storage spaces.
The terrace of about 20 sqm with access from the living room is covered and also has a small green area.
You have 2 free parking places places at the entrance to the house, one of which has its own 22KW charging station.
