Nybyggnation avslutades i augusti 2011. Detta vackra nya hem är inbäddat i tallarna och enna i Alto Lakes Country Club. Njut av det enorma däck och stora fönster för att se de spektakulära bergen och dalarna. Detta är ett två våningar hem, master, master bad, vardagsrum, matsal, gäst säng och badkar, kök, huvuddäck och tvättstuga finns på första våningen. Utsidan vardagsrum och matplats på däck är täckt. På andra våningen finns ett spelrum med futon / soffa och biljardbord för underhållande och två sovrum för extra gäster. Det finns en balkong utanför spelrummet där du kan njuta av mer utsikt. Du kommer att få enkel åtkomst i underavdelningen och uppfarten. Du kommer att vara 13 miles till Ski Apache (snöskidåkning eller snowboarding) och 7 miles från semesterorten Ruidoso. Du är 15 kilometer från Inn of the Mountain Gods Casino and Resort. Ruidoso Downs Race Track ligger bara 20 kilometer bort. Detta hem är perfekt för korta resor till längre vistelser. Relaxing Getaway

The most relaxing vacation we have taken as a family. The home was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the pool table upstairs and we loved the recliners downstairs. Can't say enough about the view, it was spectacular. The first floor has amazing windows that show off the gorgeous mountains in the distance. It also had the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. Looking forward to our next stay!

Beautiful Views with great accommodations

We rented this home for a month and truly enjoyed our stay, the views and the wildlife are just amazing. The accommodations were great. The owners were very responsive and provided many suggestions of things to do and places to visit while staying in Alto. Highly recommend and would definitely consider renting it again.

Great, premium place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The pictures are representative, but the view from the porch is awesome, so much so that the pictures do not fully do it justice. Communication was terrific with the owners, with quick response and turnaround to any questions we had. This is a premium, luxurious place to stay. The price reflects that, but we found it worth it! The home is very well-appointed and quite comfortable. We will definitely have this at the top of our list of places to stay should we return to the area.

Mountain family gate away

Awesome house in the woods sorround by deers and wild turkeys. Nice view in every room, open kitchen dining and living area also a play room.

Hitchcock stay

We love Alto/Ruidoso and loved the house. It was clean, fully stocked and ready for our stay. The only negative we had was the traffic. The cars on High Mesa was constant and driving way to fast. Many were construction trucks that going WAY over the speed limit. We love to walk and the traffic made it difficult. Obviously, this has nothing to do with the house or the owners. That was wonderful!

Perfect House

House was exactly as advertised, beautiful home. Nestled inside a golfing community this house easily accommodated our seven adult and five kid family. Kitchen and bar was spacious, game room entertained the kids and deck and patio was perfect for relaxing, and those views!!! Property is well maintained, not run down like other places. Did I mention the heated toilet seat in the master, lol. All kidding aside, wonderful house, will stay here again

Such a beautiful home to enjoy our Family Christmas trip! Lots of room to hold our big family!

Loved this beautiful home! Our entire family had lots of room to play games at the dining room table! Enjoyed the balcony in watching the many deer roaming around and the best view of the mountains! Very nice Neighborhood! Felt very safe and secured.

Lovely mountain getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful mountain home! The location and views were breathtaking! The home was immaculate and beautifully decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and provided everything we needed to prepare meals. All the amenities in this home were first class! It was a perfect place for our family and friends to gather and have fun in a gorgeous setting. We had the opportunity to meet the owners and they were very nice and welcoming. We highly recommend the property to anyone looking for a lovely mountain getaway in style and comfort!

Last Minute Booking

We ended up booking 24 hours before our arrival on a super busy weekend and Twiletta was so easy to work with on making sure we had a place upon arrival. The house had everything and was very clean. We will definitely be back!

Ruidoso Downs trip

Great place, location was quiet and not congested. The house was ideal for the amount of people we had in our party. All the amenities were there and the wi-fi was great for my work reports. The home owner was very responsive to all questions and information. I wish I’d known there was no shower in the master bedroom but not a big deal. Other then that we had a great stay and long weekend here. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Varför värden valde detta boende

It is the most beautiful scenery, best temperatures and greatest snow skiing within 8 hours of Dallas/Fort Worth!!! We also enjoy golf, pickleball, hiking, shopping, horseback riding, kayaking, the casino and the race track. The weather is amazing in the summer, highs in the 70's and 80's and lows in the 50's and 60's.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The home is wonderful and the decks are amazing. This is a year round play place. So much to do here!! You can either just sit back and relax or kick it into high gear and play, play, play! Ruidoso and Alto have museums and art galleries. It is only a short trip to Cloudcroft for a fun, quick destination. We also love visiting The White Sands National Park - they have a full moon event each month. The weather is the best - not humid and not hot in the summer!! In the winter you can enjoy easy access to snow skiing. Many times we have skied in the morning and played pickleball or golf in the afternoon. Perfect!!
