Overall was great experience and we were well pleased with accommodations for our stay. Balcony was great! The only thing I didn’t agree with was the host had note by thermostat to not turn below I think was 72 or 74. If I’m paying to stay there, I’m going to have it at a comfortable temp like at my own home especially at night to sleep!!

Family beach vacation. Everything was perfect! From the check in to the check out. Excellent host communication! Beautiful beach views from the balcony. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked for your cooking needs. Perfect location for shopping and dining. The condo itself was beautiful!! Don't hesitate on this beauty, we will definitely book again!

This 6th floor 3 bedroom/3 bath was in great shape. All the furnishings and kitchen accessories were in great shape the elevators were fast and must have had plenty of them. We stayed 6 days and went up and down the elevator several times times a day; Only rode 2 times with other renters. That was amazing especially since we stayed during July 4th week when everything is very crowded. The view from the balcony is superb and everything is close to get to. (Pool/beach/car location/ big Kahunas and the track are across the street) I would stay here again and hope they will be available next time.

This unit is amazing! We loved the furnishings & the layout of the unit, the view is beautiful and it takes almost no time to get to the pools and the beach. Not sure if this way all the time, but when we were there the beach was not crowded at all. Our family had a wonderful time and would love to come back again. This is a great family spot.

Realjoy vacations was responsive in booking this condo and very interactive with us to ensure that our stay was good. The condo was very nice. The only issues that we had with the property was that the walls were very thin so we could hear those in units above, and beside us, and the condo was very warm compared to what we were used to. There was a note on the air conditioning unit that said do not turn the thermostat lower than 70, although it was so warm that we were sweating at night. The constant texts, and emails from Realjoy about the vacation was aggravating after a while, but the condo itself was nice!

3/5 Stars — Love the Condo, Management Needs WorkWe've stayed here multiple times and genuinely love this place — great space, perfect location, and we keep coming back for a reason.Our most recent stay had some frustrating bumps though. The condo was dirty on arrival — the floors hadn't been properly cleaned and the shower curtain was filthy. We had to contact management multiple times just to get the basics handled, which took real time away from our vacation.There were also issues with lights and a few other things not working. Small stuff individually, but it added up quickly.The communication from the company is overwhelming — constant emails and texts pushing for five-star reviews, yet the service doesn't match the ask. Their automated system even sent us our arrival information the day before we were leaving. On top of that, we were receiving texts from multiple different numbers trying to sort out our ongoing issues, which made everything more confusing than it needed to be.One last note: the zippered plastic mattress covers made sleeping really uncomfortable and hot every night. We appreciate the bedbug protection, but a breathable option would make a big difference at a beach property.Despite all of it, we will be back — because the condominium itself is genuinely that good. We just hope the management catches up to the quality of the property they represent. Realjoy is this management company for this condo.

We had an amazing stay at this Destin condo! The unit was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The views were absolutely breathtaking — we enjoyed stunning sunrises and sunsets from the balcony, and even saw dolphins swimming by, which was such a highlight of our trip.The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the pool was listed as heated, but it was not heated during our stay in January. We specifically chose this property for that amenity and would have booked differently if we had known. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Great, fantastic, amazing view. The rest, not as great as expected. Water marks on the ceiling of a couple of rooms and the first bathroom on the right in the hallway, destroyed non-stick pans, generalized disrepair throughout the unit. The check in system is weird, and off site. The communication with the manager of the property was somewhat prompt but the messages came through garbled half the time. Didnt endow me with a sense of comfort having to download or log in to their super special app/site to read messages without a cypher. The facilities outside the unit were beautiful and well taken care of, a fantastic pool and great beach team. Would go back to Silver Beach for sure, but not this unit.
