Wonderful Stay in Silvis

We were moving from Las Vegas and needed a place to stay a few months while house hunting. This was perfect for our needs! The house was well-kept, full kitchen and ability to wash/dry laundry. It was a home away from home. I’d recommend it for any type of visit.

Comfortable home in convenient location

Spent three nights here on a golf trip to Silvas with much success. Numerous restaurant options are close by. Did not take advantage of the fully furnished kitchen, but it is available (for non-lazy people). Would (and perhaps will) use again when in the area.

Wonderful Stay in Silvis

The properly was exactly as shown and perfect for me, my sister, and our two pups. The host was easy to reach and friendly. I can see why they are “preferred “ hosts. This was my first time booking something like this and McKenzie made sure everything was ready. We knew 3 weeks wouldn’t be enough, but the house and location were so perfect I booked another month right away.

Thank you for your feedback martin. The day before your arrival we had an unauthorized party and could not schedule furniture cleaning same day. Since your stay all furniture and carpets have been professionally cleaned and house ozone treated. We appreciate your feedback and would love to host you again to show the transformation!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the cleanliness and condition of the rental property. While check-in was seamless, the state of the home was unacceptable given the price and cleaning fees paid.During the first 24 hours, I encountered several insects, including one on a blanket, which made me very uncomfortable. The property appears to have been renovated recently but not properly maintained; it seemed as though it had not been cleaned in weeks. Additionally, the pillows had a noticeable odor, and the master bedroom smelled of wet dog. While the home is pet-friendly, the smell was pervasive and only temporarily masked by air fresheners.I expect a rental to be spotless, particularly when a cleaning fee is charged. I strongly suggest that the home receive professional pest treatment and a thorough deep cleaning before hosting future guests.
