Amazing host and very communicative right from the start. The unit was clean and had an the necessary items for us to feel comfortable like our home. Joshua was kind enough to provide Keurig pods for coffee. The laundry was also stocked with detergent. Small things like this make a huge difference. The resort itself was very clean and we used outside facilities including the hot tub and the fire pit. Spoke to several guests in the resort and everybody seem to be quite satisfied. If you want to save money and yet to be at a location that is close enough to all the attractions that Bannf has to offer then this is the place. The coffee place next to the resort is walking distance and is amazing. Parking was secure and easily accessible. The Host provided detail instructions regarding registering the vehicle and getting the free parking permit

Very nice accommodations, hot tub was good. Underground parking was great. Easy drive to Canmore or Banff. Gym was small and dark as in the basement with no windows.

Awesome property

We loved our stay at this property! The hosts were great at communicating and the place was so clean and beautiful! We preferred to stay in the quieter hamlet of Dead Man’s Flats. It was only a short drive to both Canmore and Banff. We would definitely stay at this place again.

Dead Man's Flats Unit

We stayed here for 3 nights while exploring Kananaskis country. The place was beautiful! It was fully equipped, very clean, and had lots of amenities (including a bbq on the porch, fully equipped kitchen, underground parking, washer/dryer, and a common hot tub on the property). The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this unit!

The whole condo was VERY clean, the kitchen wares were of a higher quality-knives, plates and glass ware to name a few. It was a well equipped kitchen. The hosts were very welcoming and excellent communicators. There were numerous throw blankets and extra pillows available for our use. We will definitely return to this unit. The hot tub is well kept and easy access from the unit making a nice addition to our stay.

We were in Canmore for the Grizzly Ultra. Ours was a very brief stay, just one night with an early morning departure, but the unit had everything we needed. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Even the pull out couch was decently comfortable. The hot tub was just a few steps away, quite large and clean. We appreciated the quick and easy access from the unit to the underground parking. The only suggestion would be for an additional towel hook in the bathroom for when there are more than 2 people staying. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Improvements

The property was good but the access information needs revising. The different codes needed should be listed in bullet form for easier understanding. Lock needs to be turned to the right, not left as per instructions. Instructions needed to know how to lock the door. Too many different codes to remember. Garage, building, pool and unit. Management staff were extremely helpful but would have been unneeded if other information had been clearer.
