Our unit is specially located close to Disney Parks, Universal Studios and SeaWorld.

It’s perfect for a short or long stay, with 2 queen size beds, high quality bed set and towels, fully equipped kitchen, 42” smart TV and high speed internet.

Our unit is inside a hotel building, but it’s self managed. Hotel services are NOT included (breakfast, front desk services, daily cleaning, shuttles, etc.)

Our guests have free access to the pool area, gym, laundry room (coin) and arcade room (coin).

Restaurant area and mini market are exclusive to hotel guests.

Package delivery to the front desk is permitted with a U$5 fee per pack.

Fully designed and decorated to make you feel at home during your trip to Orlando. Check out:

- The apartment accommodates up to 5 people (2 queen beds + 1 sofa bed);
- central air conditioning;
- TV in the living room (with cable TV and streaming) + TV in the bedroom (with cableTV);
- Wifi (100 mb speed);
- Fully equipped kitchen with pans, utensils, plates, glasses, stove, fridge, microwave and more. -Frying or preparation of items that leave a strong smell in the apartment is not allowed;
- Towels, bed linen, high quality pillows and amenities available (spares not included);
- Coffee machine with complimentary coffee and sugar;
- Pay-per-use laundry service in the building (in front of the apartment);
- Open parking available;
- Pool available in the building;

Our guests have access to the pool, gym and pay-per-use laundry. Check-in is completely done online, it is not necessary to show up at the reception (access to the apartment is done by password and this is generated and sent directly to the guest before check-in).

The apartment is in a condominium-hotel, but hotel services are not included, including front desk services. However, our support team will be available remotely for anything you need.

All our guests will receive a clean apartment, welcome water, complimentary coffee, sugar, salt and pepper. In addition, we provide enough bed linen and towels for the number of people selected at the time of booking. We also have bathroom amenities (2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 shampoos, 2 soaps and 1 paper towel). - PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT CHANGE TOWELS AND BEDDING DURING YOUR STAY. Amenities are also not replenished.

If you need it, the condominium has a pay per use laundry room to wash and dry your trousseau during your stay, but if you prefer, we offer as an additional service:

- Room cleaning and FULL linen change (bed and bath): $90.00 (2 bath towels, 2 face towels, 1 bath mat and 1 bedding set)
