Village West #20 is a beautiful oceanside 2-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome with exquisite ocean views from the master bedroom (Located on Floor 3). The up-and-coming Village West Community boasts a community pool, bathhouse, grilling area, and open green space as well as nearby retail shops and dining! This property also has a private elevator and Interior Washer/Dryer!
Floor #1: Recreation Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa (Linens are NOT Provided for Sleeper Sofa) and attached Full Bathroom with shower.
Floor #2: Living Area, Full Kitchen, and a Half Bath/Powder Room
Floor#3: Bedroom #1 - Master King, Attached Bathroom with Shower and Double Vanity, Ocean Views. Bedroom #2 - Queen Bed, Attached Bathroom with Shower/Tub. Additional Flex Room - with 2 Twin Bunk Bed Sets.
Additional Amenities: 5 Smart TVs, Covered Deck with Deck Furniture, Ceiling fans, Interior Washer/Dryer, Fully Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Oven, Refrigerator with Attached Ice Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Toaster Oven!

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute In Season.
