Coocoo Cabana is the east side of a beautiful oceanfront duplex in Emerald Isle. The property boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 1 half bathroom. This beachfront property has a private beach walkway and the sand and sea are quite literally just a few steps away! You are also conveniently located close to lots of local shops and eateries!
Total bedding includes one king, three queens, and one twin.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you will need to prepare all of your party's homemade meals and snacks throughout your stay. It has a refrigerator with an attached ice maker, a dishwasher, an oven, and a microwave, as well as bonus features like a Keurig coffee machine and a blender. Hello, beachfront smoothies and margaritas!
Additional Amenities: The home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience. There are six flat-screen TVs located throughout the property as well as access to Netflix and Chromecast. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a long day of soaking up the sun. Watch the sunrise and sunset from an outdoor observation deck while you sip your morning cup of coffee. Enjoy the convenience of covered parking as well as a gazebo!

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No Fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rents Weekly only Sunday - Sunday.
