Relaxing Farm retreat on 40 acres in Arcadia

Come and relax on a 40 acre farm in Arcadia, OK! The beautiful two story wood barn features a newly built out 2,000 sq.ft. apartment with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. This includes a full kitchen, 85 inch TV with surround sound, two loft bedrooms with three beds each, a Weber Grill, & plenty of relaxing space. The property includes hiking trails, kayaks, multiple animals, and Kenny the Clydesdale! Please no parties, we live on site and enjoy the quiet relaxing farm too.

We also have a newly completed two bedroom cabin available for rent on the opposite side of the 40 acres (separate property entrance). This private residence has beautiful views and is a great add on to this AirBnB or as alternative for a relaxing stay. A link is below.

One of my favorite VRBO stays I have ever had. Hilary was an incredibly kind hearted-host with lots of time to answer questions. The barn dominium was polished. A lot of heart, thought, and TLC went into this property. Might be one of the most unique VRBO experiences in Oklahoma. If you have young kiddos, I would highly recommend you checking this property out. There were goats, alpacas, pigs, horses, and more. Tons of property to roam around in and extremely peaceful. Cannot speak highly enough of our experience.

PERFECT!!

We came to Guthrie for an event at the Lazy E. We needed a place to stay last minute and to keep our horses, David and his sweet wife were so very accommodating and welcoming!!!! I absolutely loved our stay, my kids said they never wanted to leave.

Very comfortable Quiet and well appointed

I’m on a photo journal adventure driving a 1931 Henry Ford 5 window coupe from Northern CA to the coast of North Carolina and staying at unique properties along the way. This barn home was no exception and made for some great photo opportunities as well. It’s a beautiful place to stay.

Refreshing Weekend away

Outstanding stay experience. The barn on 40 acres was a beautiful beautiful stay. We rested so well, had peaceful time outdoors and enjoying the decor and window seats to read by. I enjoyed walks around their property 2 mile hike abd we could have done more. Their dock and pond on property were peaceful spots to rest and read, the animals were friendly and fun to spend time with, the beds were incredibly comfortable for this tired mom! The best part was the hosts were incredible and hospitable and warm. Any need we had was met! Hope to come again! This place has all you need to relax, feel at home, and enjoy the beauty around you.

Fantastic!

We had the best time! The loft is beautiful and so well decorated. The horses are beautiful and so sweet. We loved walking to the pond and playing on the kayaks, paddle boat, and paddle boards. My husband loved fishing. It was such a beautiful property and a great experience for our whole family! The cat, Gabe, was a favorite of our kiddos, but they also loved the dogs and cows! Kenny (the Clydesdale) stole all of our hearts!

Peaceful Perfection

This was our first visit to Arcadia, OK ~ this property is absolutely beautiful! Every detail put into this special place was done so to ensure a comfortable & luxurious stay. The loft bedrooms and main living area each have their own temperature controls. The panoramic view from the book nook is breathtaking, as it looks out upon the woodsy horse pasture. Each area from the dining room, to the kitchen, to the fireplace, to the spa shower, the book nook and the loft bedrooms have been thoughtfully put together ~. creating a space full of warmth & serenity. I must mention also that the walking trails around the property are delightful! Our gracious hosts were most helpful & welcoming. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
