Great home for a big group

House was beautiful. Easy drive into St George and much less traffic to deal with. The pool was great and very warm. Some hiccups on check in, but response was prompt and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect spot for a group outing

Poolside getaway

We enjoyed the last of the warm weather pooside here. The outdoor space is very welcoming and comfortable with plenty of seating and shade. We also took advantage of the outdoor fun as well, being just a short drive away from the entry to Zion.

Just Beachy was Just Great!

Just Beachy was a great place for our family. Plenty of room for all the married couples to have their own large, clean, comfortable bedroom and bath. The kitchen was clean and huge...all that counter space and large walk in pantry made meals a breeze. The dining room table had plenty of room as did the living room. The best was the private pool in the back where we spent many hours. Thanks Just Beachy for a wonderful stay!

Family Trip

My family, my sisters family and my parents stayed in this home for a little family vacation before we sent my daughter to college. It was clean, spacious and the patio area was well equipped with enough seating for everyone. The kids had fun at the community splash pad, lap pool and hot tub. Everyone had their own rooms and bathroom which made it so nice as no one was fighting for bathroom space. All of the girls shared and loved the bunk room. This house provided us with relaxation we needed along with much needed family time since we live on opposites sides of the country.

Fun Family Holiday

We had twelve people for a Thanksgiving stay. The house was spacious and had plenty of spots to be all together while still having spots for us to break off into smaller groups for games, chatting, watching movies, etc. We managed to make a full Thanksgiving using mostly what was available in the kitchen along with a few extra items we brought from home. There were plenty of dishes, towels, and linens for our group, and the house was spotless and easy to access. We had to call a few times to get the pool temperature adjusted, but the response was always prompt and most of us were able to swim reasonably comfortably even in November.Our only issues were that the hard concrete floors were cold and made the noise carry through the whole house. With teens staying up late and older adults wanting to go to bed early, the noise was a little bit of a challenge. Also, just a heads up for coffee drinkers, the only machine available is a Krueger, so you’ll need pods.
