Overall the experience was great however as far as the 10:00 noise ordinance it would be great if the neighbors also abided by that rule. There is a back door alarm that needs to be pushed every time you go out back and then pushed again to get back in. There are signs to tell you that. It was just a little hard as we had two large dogs to get out/in the door and ourselves within the time frame. Thanks

Nice place to stay while in Vegas! Good location and house was clean and well stocked with things you may need. With a few of us with bad backs, the chairs could have been more comfy and queen beds seemed to be full beds rather than queen, but we all got sleep! Host was very communicative and responsice.

Great family experience

This property worked so well for our large family group, including adults, and children. Everything was very clean and well organized and well marked. The communication could not have been better at every turn, which was much appreciated. Everything that we needed was on site, and the property is well maintained & the Spa was an extra pleasure for all!

Wonderful Home

we had a wonderful time at the Henderson home. If you are unaware, Henderson is very close to the action but a great area to stay if you are brining family or friends to enjoy some peace and quiet after the fun. This house is a great and affordable option that you can't go wrong with. very clean, great communication from the team, a lot of extras that helps get a good start to your trip. i highly recommend this home to all. Great host - awesome house

Had an awesome weekend in Vegas. The house was very clean and nice, pool in backyard was awesome. Grilled out and swam all day one of the days. Asked the host multiple times to turn in the hot tub and they did it remotely instantly. Every time we had a question or request they would reply right away and they also called to make sure we got all checked in when we first arrived. Highly recommend

Great Family Vacation Place

This house was perfect for our family trip! Upon arrival, everything was spotless and welcoming. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed to cook meals and gather at the large table in the dining area. There was both a coffee pot and a Keurig for our morning coffee. We also used the grill outside several times. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and spa-quality linens and towels. The bunk-bed room was perfect for the cousins to have a place to room together. The "theatre" area upstairs was great for the kids to watch movies at night, while the adults could gather and watch the TV downstairs. There were several games and books available. Outdoors was nicely appointed with plenty of seating and a beautiful spa and pool that we used daily. The overall communication with the owners was seamless. They had good recommendations for activities and restaurants to try. Henderson was a good central location for us to have easy access to the airport, the strip, and almost any shop or restaurant you could want. We also went to the Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon, and a local lion habitat during our stay Overall, this was one of the best VRBO experiences we have had!
