Yikes

No communication from owner at all. Never received check in or check out information. I had to message to get the password. 2 rooms had no way to turn on big light, 2 doors did not shut, bathroom didn’t lock, floors dirty, ceiling cracking, outside trash overflowing, no trash can in bathroom, couldn’t sleep on one of the bunk beds because it was so wobbly, coach was dingy and dirty

zero communication

We already checked out and never received the door code. Luckily the side door was open so we were still able to stay. We had to leave our property inside the house unlocked because we weren’t able to lock the doors. House was dirty and junk everywhere. The house has a lot of potential if it was cleaned up and maintained properly.

Too many things wrong

Master bedroom light worked but not the fan, second and third bedrooms had no light fixtures on ceiling fan. Had “plug in” light stands that were in the way and close to the bed. One bed frame was missing a leg being held up with stacks of wood. House smelled like animals. Kitchen was nice and clean. Living and den furniture cheap quality. The front yard does not look at all like the picture. The windows are covered with overgrown bushes and vines. Overall not a nice place to stay if you are spending time at the home itself.

Avoid, unclean, very badly furnished and falling apart.

This home should not be on VRBO. literally falling apart. Every room had to have lamps because the lights dont work! My 2 year old fell in the rooms because lights and fans wont work. Nasty furniture that screams facebook market place and is in very poor condition. Blood stain in living room! Grass was taller than my son! Garage had nasty clothes in trash bags everywhere with mice glue boards! Front door will not stay close unless locked at all times. There is no queen size bed, only full size and they are very uncomfortable. This home was nice but needs to be cleaned properly. Only 1 TV and was on the ground near the fireplace and no way to plug in. If you check the pictures it supposed to be hanging and plugged by a extension cord. Not like the pictures

1. The outside from the garage to the front door is way overgrown with trees and shrubbery. Made it difficult to even find the front door. Because of that there were a lot of bees and wasps around which my husband is allergic to. 2. There are parts of the ceiling and walls that have cracks and ceiling peeling off so much so it’s a surprise water is not leaking through.3. The table next to the sliding door is not the brown table and the table it was replaced with is much smaller with barstools. 4. Both of the couches in the living area and the family room at the back of the house was dirty, dingy and had stains on them. 5. None of the doors closed all the way or locked with the exception of the front door and back sliding door. So there was no privacy when going to the restrooms. 6. The bed in the master was partially hanging off at the foot of the bed it was not sturdy. 7. The linen on the bunk beds had colors, writing all over it. We had to go buy and use our own linens. 8. In the backyard as soon as you opened the door we were greeted with a huge spider web that covered one corner of the wall and part of the sliding door. There were spiders, wasps nest, cockroaches. There is a bucket on the patio that was flipped over that had nothing but cigarette butts in it. 9. None of the ceiling lights worked in the bedrooms.10. I had to reach out for the owner for the code as there was no communication. Overall I would not stay here again unless there were major updates.

Uncomfortable and disgusting

We walked in to be greeted by dog stink and a stained gross couch. There were towels but no wash clothes, no clean wash clothes I should say. There were 2 used wash clothes. The master shower is broken. None of the beds have mattress protectors or top sheets to shield you from the dingy gross comforters. There was a dirty sock in the bedding of a bunk. The ceiling fan in one of the rooms squeals and is not secure to the ceiling. There is only 1 tv in front of another stained gross couch. The internet user/password is not listed in the home and was unattainable from host. The home is listed for 9 people, there are 5 dinner plates. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. There’s a mini fridge full of mold.

Mini Vacation /graduation

House was exactly what we wanted, clean, easy access to freeway and downtown. Family enjoyed the games that were provided and the littlest guests loved the fenced backyard.
