The NB White Haus

Have fun with the whole family while staying at this newly remodeled modern home. The home has all new state of the art appliances including a washer & dryer for guests to do their laundry. The house has 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms.. Master bedroom has a king size bed, there is a full & twin bed in the second bedroom. Fenced in backyard with deck and BBQ grill.. walking distance to restaurants and a short 3 minute drive to downtown New Braunfels. Just a few blocks from floating the river!

Great house and location

This house was perfect for our last minute getaway. Great location to all we wanted - downtown NB and Gruene.

Great spot!

Would recommend for an easy stay and quick drive to every hot spot in NB. Wish the hot tub was covered in the back yard!

Clean and Comfortable. Keyless entry a bit tricky as door not quite tight. Great for dogs fenced back yard.

Arrived to dirty property

We arrived to the property to find it had not been cleaned from previous guest. There was left overs in the fridge, food on the counter, trash in all the cans without bags to properly dispose of, dirty dishes in the sink, disposal with food in it, dirty sheets with a dead bug in the MB, hair ties and hair in shower, sheets left on the couch that did not match the dirty MB, lights in various rooms that flickered on and off, the back yard furniture was filthy dirty with ash trays full of cigarettes, dust hair bugs through out the home. We did contact the PM who advised us the owner had a frien stay and forgot to have it cleaned. We were given the access code to a closet of supplies but with no clean sheets or trash bag and a dirty swimsuits on the floor with random cleaning supplies and some bedding that appeared to be dirty too. There were broken blinds that allowed no privacy from the Street & exterior motion light that shown through all night. They offered us the home in the back yard but it was too small for our family & it was not suitable either. They offered to clean the home the following day but we only stayed the one night, only because we could not find other lodging till the next day. we departed by 9am the next morning. We spoke with them constantly about the issues and our plans. They offered to refund our stay but only refunded the 3 nights we didn’t stay. The add fees they charged were nearly triple the one night rate & it took several weeks to get a refund.
