Gite Roudier is located in countryside of the Lot et Garonne region of South West France within easy driving distance of multiiple attractions. The property is neighboured by the English, Spanish and French speaking Owners who will ensure any questions can be quickly answered.

This comfortable barn conversion house has no less than 160 Square Meters inside and features large rooms, high ceilings and modern comforts such as Fibre Wifi, desk area and International TV channels.

With three entrances, the property can be split and locked into two providing privacy for those groups sharing between two families. Everything is provided to ensure you have a relaxing stay and feel at home.

A private pool ( Mid May - September Only ) with great views is available for your use only with BBQ , terrasses to enjoy the summer sun and eating area. The perfect way to relax !

These areas and the surrounding countryside, including a lake within walking distance are unfenced so this may be worth noting if you have children. The Pool has a pool alarm available for your use.

The property is also dog friendly also but please note the Owners also have a dog and cats who live in the neighbouring property. The Owner also has horses on the adjoining property.

We just love the peace and quiet of this property, the night skies and the abundance of space both inside and outside. It's a great place for those who love the countryside whilst enjoying the modern features of the comfortable house.
