Little Sugar Farmhouse har varit i vÄr familj sedan början av 1900-talet. Det köptes av vÄr stora farfar och den ursprungliga delen av huset Àr 100 Är gammal. Vi vÀxte upp pÄ somrarna som simmade i bÀcken och sprang runt skogen medan vÄra morförÀldrar uppfostrade boskap, grisar, höns och hö. Vi Àr uppvuxna i Dallas men har alltid kommit tillbaka till vÄr gÄrd för somrar och semestrar. Vi har helt renoverat huset för att ge en vacker landsflykt till vÄra familjer sÄvÀl som din. Little Sugar Farmhouse ligger nÀra Àlven Àlg som Àr populÀr för paddling, paddling eller forsrÀnning. University of Arkansas ligger bara 45 minuter bort vilket gör det till en perfekt plats för en fotbollsweekend. Mark Twains nationalskog ligger inte lÄngt frÄn bondgÄrden och en timmes bilresa till Branson för konserter och naturligtvis den fantastiska Silver Dollar City. Amazing peaceful retreat!

The house was wonderful and had plenty of space. The best part was how close it is to the creek. We spent an entire day fishing and swimming in the creek. It was very peaceful and relaxing and the hosts were amazing.

This place is great!!! My family and I have stayed here for six or seven years now and we love it. We have plenty of room for our large family dinners. The hosts provide tubes for floating the river and the house is well equipped with what you need. Jana is very nice and super helpful with whatever you need! The front porch is definitely my favorite place. We'll be back next year!

Cute farmhouse and great location for our group

We rented this for a girls weekend. It was in a great central location since we were all spread out from St Louis to Oklahoma City and everywhere in between. Nicely decorated, well supplied. All rooms and beds comfortable. We would rent again.

Relaxing stay at the creek

We had a great trip at the farmhouse. The house was beautiful and very clean. Our son loved fishing at the creek every evening. Elk River floating and Bentonville museums were great! We hope to be back next year! Thanks Jana!

Father's Day Canoe Trip

This property is conveniently located close to all the outfitters for the Big Elk. Just be aware, the weekends is not a good time to bring younger children to the Big Elk. However, the property being on the Little Sugar is perfect. It's private, not too deep but still has a good flow to it. Very peaceful and relaxing, plus Jana provides the tubes to float. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. It is country, so there are bugs and critters outside. We loved our stay!! Will come back again.

Family vacation

We stayed at the the Little Sugar Farmhouse Memorial Weekend 2022. Jana & her husband were super welcoming & available to answer any questions we had. The Farmhouse is absolutely beautiful & is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. The private creek access is very enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone that is looking for a get away.

Wonderful host and property

This property, which has been in the host's family for years, is well-loved and maintained. We had an issue with the water pressure gauge the first morning. Jana and her husband were very responsive and managed to get a repairman in to fix it, even though it was the weekend. The four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms allow for privacy and there are two separate living room areas if you wanted to split up kids and adults.

Fun for everyone 6 to 60

Little Sugar Creek Farmhouse is a great location. Off the beaten path but yet just minutes away from food, drink, and entertainment. The Farmhouse offered plenty of space for all to spread out. Everyone enjoyed the creek. We told scary, and funny, stories by the fire pit and ate our fill of S'mores. 😉

Much needed vacation was a win!

Our family needed a relaxing few days away to play and have fun. The farmhouse was the perfect spot. We spent our days floating on little sugar creek and our evenings playing board games. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful home and plenty of activities

We stayed at Little Sugar Farms for my sisters Bachelorette party and had a wonderful experience. There were 10 adults spending the night and we had plenty of room and beds for everyone. I would love to come back.

Weekend Break

We stayed here for a weekend with 4 adults and 4 children. There was plenty of room for all of us to have space and the children to run and play. Plenty of bathrooms for a group this size too! Being so close to the creek was nice as well. Owners are very nice and easy to work with. Everything was just as listed and we would stay here again.

Farmhouse perfection

The stay was perfect. The house had everything we needed. Kitchen has great pots and pans, well stocked with dishes, cups, utensils. Property is well kept and tranquil. Fire pit is awesome. The creek is easy to get to, clear water and great for tubing. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend a visit.

Little Sugar Vacation.

We had a great time at Little Sugar. The house had a ton of space. We only had to drive a few minutes to float the Elk, but the best part was just playing in the creek near the house. The kids loved it and it was crystal clear. Beautiful place to get away and have some family vacation time.

Fantastic July 4 holiday!

Fantastic property, crystal clear creek water, lots of fun day activities (creek, fishing, horseback riding, caves, rafting/boating, hiking), very large and safe fire ring for smores, kids loved frolicking with the zillions of nitetime fireflies. There is a verrry nice Walmart 5 miles away - they have everything you need (food) or forgot to pack. Will definitely return next summer for a full week! Thank you so much Little Sugar Sisters!

Perfect location for fishing trip

If you are planning a fishing trip on the Little Sugar or any of the nearby rivers, there is no better and more convenient place to stay than the Little Sugar Farmhouse.

Diamond in the rough

If you are looking to stay in this general area, whether for floating, fishing, or whatever, you won't find a nicer place to stay. Everything was clean and there are plenty of areas to gather and socialize. It's like staying at a friend's house (while they're out of town :) .
