Vacationing is EASY on this impressive Lake Sinclair property! This 4 bedroom/4 bathroom lake front home comes complete with lots of nautical décor and everything you could ask for a lake vacation and to top it off you are only a hop and skip through the lake side yard to take a dive into beautiful Lake Sinclair.

As you enter the driveway you will see a spacious 3 car garage awaiting company. From the garage you will enter the home which first brings you to the kitchen complete with refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, sink, any and all dishes needed for your gourmet lakeside meals and plenty of cabinet space to put away your groceries for your stay. To the left of the kitchen is a laundry room which has more storage and a washer and dryer for your use. To the right of the kitchen is the dining room which has a wet bar and seating for 4. On to the living area you will see a sofa and love seat which both recline and 2 accent chairs for additional seating. The living room has wide views of the lake but when you’re not looking at the lake it is equipped with a 65 inch smart TV. Also, just off of the living room is a full bathroom for Guest Use.

The master suite is up next. It also has wide views of the lake which is breathtaking to wake up too. The master suite has a king bed and also a couch and 2 accent chairs in the sitting area of the room. It has a 65 inch smart TV. The master bath is complete with a shower/tub combo.

The second floor offers 3 additional guest bedrooms and two bathrooms. One upstairs bedroom has a king bed, queen bed, and twin pullout sofa, The second upstairs bedroom has a king bed, and the third bedroom has a king bed and queen pullout sofa. All three upstairs bedrooms have windows with lake views. The two upstairs bathrooms are full bathrooms with walk in showers.

The wrap around lake side porch is the place to be to take in all the wonderful views this home has to offer. It is equipped with a patio love seat, two chairs and a small round table with an additional two chairs and a gas grill and cooker with a large pot.

From the front porch you walk down to the fenced in lake side yard which has a sitting area complete with a wood burning fire pit. From the lakeside you will also enter the walk out basement which is our very own casino. It comes complete with a pool table, poker table, pac man machine, pinball machine, golden tee, and plenty of board games for hours of fun.

The boathouse is the oasis over the water. It has an open and covered deck for lounging and entertainment.

The covered deck has a 6 person table, a wrap around couch, gas burning fire pit table, bar for entertaining, and a 70 inch TV to enjoy all of your favorite sports and shows. We also have two kayaks available for your use.

You can enjoy fishing, kayaking, canoeing, and boating with your personal boat, swimming, or just come to unwind and take in the beautiful views of Lake Sinclair by one of our fire pits or the new 6 person hot tub over looking the lake . The house rules include NO UNDERAGE DRINKING, no illicit drugs or illegal activities, respect the neighbors and do not violate any noise ordinances or local laws. Please remember that sound carries across the lake. No loud music or excessive noise outside after 10:00 pm. If you use the dock or surrounding area, do not touch the boat or boat lift. By using the dock area, guest acknowledge they are responsible for their own safety and that the owners take no liability for individuals’ safety while on the dock.

Come and vacation with us at this lake front oasis. You are conveniently located to both Milledgeville and Eatonton and just right around the corner from Twin Bridges Marina on the water.

There are outdoor Security Cameras on each side of homes exterior and boathouse. No cameras have access to interior of home and are not on and recording during a guest stay.

▪ WE DO NOT ADVISE YOUNG CHILDREN TO USE THE HOT TUB. If you allow a minor to use the HOT TUB, they must BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.
▪ HOT TUB TEMPERATURES CANNOT BY LAW EXCEED 104 DEGREES.
▪ NEVER USE A HOT TUB OR SPA ALONE.
▪ LIMIT TIME IN THE HOT TUB OR SPA TO NO MORE THAN 15 MINUTES.
▪ NO GLASS PRODUCTS WHATSOEVER IN OR AROUND THE HOT TUB.
▪ DO NOT USE A HOT TUB OR SPA IF THE WATER TEMPERATURE IS MORE THAN
104 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT.
▪ THE HIGH WATER TEMPERATURE IN A HOT TUB OR SPA WILL ACCELERATE
DROWSINESS IF A PERSON HAS CONSUMED ALCOHOL OR IS TAKING DRUGS,
INCREASING THE RISK OF DROWNING.
