This was great for what we needed—reasonable price, close to HPU for our family of five, and dog friendly. The host was reasonable, responsive and accommodating, which was greatly appreciated. I will note two things: (1) there is a ring camera that lets you know you are being recorded (fine, just unexpected when we first arrived after dark); (2) there is an air purifier in the house which is appreciated, but it is still a bit musty and if you have allergies might be tough. Overall though appreciated the stay.

While we do appreciate the feedback, we intentionally have that recording to alert trespassers etc. that we have surveillance. We also feel this increases safety for our guests. It is obviously in a very safe area, but in today's world, we try to do everything we can to maintain a safe environment for our guests.

I picked this house solely because of the trampoline and basketball goal to keep 3 kiddos busy - and it definitely worked! The house was also tidy and had some extra things that we forgot to bring! It was a great stay for the 2 days we were there. The host stayed in communication for any questions we had!

We reserved this property for furniture market. We arrived late the first evening and noticed the house smelled horrible when we opened the door and every fan was on. Upon inspections in the bedroom, there was human hair and animal hair in every bed on the sheets and the sheets were stained. The walls were dirty and there is a couch in the picture that looks brand new but has horrible stains on it and it looks like an altered picture was put on the website to replace of the actual couch or the picture was taken many many years ago. We had nowhere to go, but the next day we found another place and we moved out. We called Vrbo immediately and complained and they said they were calling the owner and they would resolve it for us. This did not happen and after giving three days to resolve we reached out to the owner. This was the day we were supposed to check out. He refused to give us any of our money back, even though the place was not fit to stay in. I would never stay here if you have the choice. VRBo did give us 150 credit so it’s something but that doesn’t even cover one night.

The house was perfect for two kids and a dog. Easy access to a good sized fenced in yard and plenty of yard for the kids to play. The house had what we needed and even had extra paper towels and toilet paper which is not always the case. The owner was also very quick to respond to any questions I had.
