"Slate View" 5BD/2BA House, garage hot tub!

Single family home in quiet residential neighborhood called Riverbend, 2 miles from the town of Crested Butte. Access the Slate River from this property for fishing or paddle boarding. Bike or walk the path to the town of CB.

The Space:
New to the rental market, this property is spacious inside and out and lives large! The 5 bedrooms provide beds for 8 guests and are perfect for multiple or multi-generational families. This is not a party house though so please don't plan to host a party here. Enjoy the brand new hot tub (on one of the two decks) with stunning views of the surrounding peaks after a long day of adventures. All new furniture, linens, mattresses, kitchen appliances (large and small), washer/dryer. Access the Slate River from the yard for fly fishing and paddle boarding. Ride or walk to the town of Crested Butte by way of the "Deli trail"-right from the end of the driveway.
The main floor consists of a large, well equipped kitchen, a laundry area with new washer/dryer, and a half bath. The kitchen has been meticulously outfitted and has everything you could possibly need to nourish your group. The dining and living areas are adjacent to the kitchen. The living room has large windows, an enormous brand new smart TV, games and new furniture. The dining table seats 8 comfortably and has additional chairs to pull up as needed. Access to the brand new hot tub is located off of the dining/living area. There is a 2 car garage with plenty of room to store vehicles and gear right off the laundry area.
Upstairs you will find 5 bedrooms. The bunk room, with a twin bunk and twin trundle, is first on the left, with a full shared bathroom across the hall. Three separate guest rooms, two with queen beds and one with a king bed, are upstairs. These 4 bedrooms share the full bath. The primary suite, with king bed and ensuite full bath is also upstairs. A dedicated work space w/a desk is accessed off of the primary bathroom. All bedrooms are outfitted with new room darkening shades.
There is a gas grill, adirondeck chairs and gas heaters (chairs and heaters to be used during summer and fall months). This home sits on 1.5 acres so you'll have privacy and space.

The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian. No events or parties allowed. This property is located in a residential neighborhood.

All vehicles, trailers, and campers must be parked in the driveway. NO ON STREET PARKING. 4 vehicles are allowed.

No smoking, of any substance, is allowed in or on the premises.

Please note that our company does have a separate rental policy that will be emailed to you immediately after booking and this will need to be signed by you.  If you wish to see it prior to booking, just send us an email.

Guest Access:
Check-in instructions including your lockbox code will be sent to you 2 days prior to your arrival at 4 PM MST.

This is a quiet local's neighborhood less than 2 miles from the town of Crested Butte.

Getting Around:
A vehicle is recommended. AWD or 4 wheel suggested in winter months.
