This is a remodeled ground level two-bedroom suite with a separate entry in a residential home located in a safe and quiet neighborhood.
The stylish design is accompanied by modern amenities spreading across entire space. Enjoy local cafes, bakeries, restaurants, breweries all within walking distance.
Easy access to the freeways to Seattle, Kirkland and Bellevue. This is 13 miles from downtown Seattle, with transit center 0.8 miles away.

This house is perfect for couples travelling together, a family, traveling business or health care professionals wanting to have their own space. We are equipped with high-speed fiber optic internet for a seamless work from home experience.
