The Space:
Nestled in the tranquil community of Misiones del Cabo, this luxurious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo serves as the perfect escape, offering stunning vistas of the Sea of Cortez. Wake to the sight of fishing boats on the horizon and end your days with a glass of wine, delighted by breathtaking sunsets.

Each bedroom in the condo features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom for privacy and convenience. The master bedroom boasts direct access to a private balcony, while the second bedroom opens up to the main terrace, complete with a dining table, comfortable seating area, firepit, and BBQ grill. The fully equipped kitchen includes all you need to prepare delicious meals, such as cookware, an oven, and a microwave. The cozy living room, equipped with a smart TV, has sliding doors that open up to the main terrace, inviting the refreshing ocean breeze inside.

Resort-like Amenities
During your stay, enjoy access to resort-like amenities within the gated community of Las Misiones. Relax by the two spacious pools, one with a palapa swim-up bar and another offering beautiful views of Lands End and the arch. The poolside restaurant provides refreshments, serving your favorite drinks and delicious food. Secure parking is available for a small fee ($3.50 USD) or you can opt for free parking on the road. The community ensures your safety and peace of mind with 24/7 security.

Beach access is just a few steps away, allowing you to enjoy the semi-private beach from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with a shower available to rinse off before returning to the condo. Guest Access:
Beach Access
Beach access is just a few steps away, allowing you to enjoy the semi-private beach. The beach access gate is open from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, and a shower is available to rinse off before returning to the condo.

For dining options outside the community, you can visit the nearby Sunset Mona Lisa, a remarkable restaurant with stunning sunset views. The Cape Luxury Hotel is also nearby, offering a beautiful rooftop bar and two exceptional restaurants.

The Cape Hotel has a beautiful rooftop bar and two restaurants to enjoy. The Ledge restaurant has a fantastic Sunday brunch that is not to be missed while the fine dining experience at the Manta restaurant provides an exceptional experience.

The Neighborhood:
Beachside Oasis has a great location locates at las Misiones gated community, offers 24/7 security, ensuring a safe and worry-free environment for our guests. Situated at the easternmost point of Bahia de Cabo San Lucas (Cabo San Lucas Bay), just under two miles from downtown Cabo, its convenient location, provides easy access to Cabo San Lucas downtown and Marina, offering a peaceful respite from the hustle and bustle. This proximity allows you to enjoy all that Cabo has to offer while remaining comfortably removed from street vendors and crowds. The beach is semi private, and easy to access, there is also a On-site mini-mart on property with everything you need and a doctor's office.

If you prefer fine dining, The Sunset Mona Lisa is just steps away, it s an amazing restaurant with great food and a million dollar view. We strongly recommend to make reservations. On top of all that, less than 1/4 mile away is The Cape, Luxury Hotel, which has a beautiful rooftop bar and two restaurants that you can visit as well. The Sunday brunch at their "Ledge" restaurant is fantastic.

Getting Around:
Getting around is easy with taxis and UBER available just outside the community. Private transportation can also be arranged through our guest services.

Other Things to Note:
Access: Please bring the Guest Information Sheet (Page 3 at the community rules) with you and
present it to Security upon your arrival.
Parking: Parking is available for $3.50 per day. Payment is due by credit card in the Office when you
arrive at Misiones. Parking passes should be returned to Security when you depart at the end of your
stay.
Animals: No pets are allowed for guests or visitors. Feeding wildlife (cats, birds, etc.) is strictly prohibited. Leaving food for any animals outside of condos is not allowed.
Please note that there could be some maintenance works around the community pool due to work improvements, but you will be able to enjoy it.


In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.

We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.
