This 2 story townhouse has plenty of room to cook, entertain, or relax on the back deck. The downstairs has a garage for you to use, full kitchen, dining and living room. Upstairs has 3 full bedrooms with a laundry room.

The Space:
This unit does not rent to groups under 25 years of age or Senior week groups.
Your cleaning fee includes a full linen package - Only thing you need to bring is beach towels.

This spacious 3 bedroom home is located in the beautiful Ocean Pines Yacht Club. There is a a screened in patio as well as outdoor deck space for various entertaining during your stay.

The rental comes with an Ocean Pines Beach Parking pass as well - the Beach parking is located on the beach club is locate on the ocean at 49th street in Ocean City - Parking is first come first served.

Guests will have access to the whole house, including the garage. The key to the garage is located above the thermostat on the first floor. Please ensure the garage door is locked and the key is returned to the hook before checking out.

Getting Around:
Parking is located on the premises. The driveway can fit two cars. Anymore is welcome to park directly across the street in the open parking lot.
