Embrace coastal charm in our rustic beachside retreat! Nestled in the heart of urban tranquility, this cozy Vrbo is a stone's throw from the waves. Vintage decor meets modern comfort, offering a unique blend of simplicity and style.
You just found a perfect place for your vacation in SW Florida. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood close to many stores, & restaurants it is convenient to grab what you need. This home gives you 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
Cape Coral is not far from anything you would like to enjoy on your vacation!

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Near beach.
5-minute Uber ride to downtown Cape Coral and 5 miles to the hospital.
My home welcomes everyone with a Rustic Urban theme and feel the warmth of FL. A few decors are made by yours truly with a little personal touch.

- 55-inch Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, ESPN, etc) in the living room.
- Master bedroom has a High-quality King-size mattress and a 40-inch smart TV.
The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed.
- Refrigerator with freezer
- Airfryer
-Microwave
- Highest Internet speed
-big backyard with portable stainless fire pit
-Nest hub is placed in the Master's and Living Area for some smart features
Please NO SMOKING inside the property. There are plenty of smoking areas just not inside of the property.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Although we love animals we cannot accommodate them because we host guest that has severe allergies to pets.
- Because of the climate ants, spiders, cockroaches, and mosquitoes
are common in Cape Coral, Florida.
To avoid these little creatures from coming indoors please do not leave the doors/ windows open.
Do not leave any food out that will attract
uninvited pests.
Our home is pest-free, and we intend to
keep it that way with your help.
We have routine maintenance pest service.
However, these pests are very common in this climate area. So, if you see them, please do not be too surprised. Just let us know, and we will request professional service to come right after your reservation.
- For both guest and host safety/security there is one outdoor security camera facing the doorway to protect the property and for liability. It is only reviewed if there is an issue and not monitored out of respect for guest privacy.
The thermostat is set to NOT go above 78 for heat nor below 70 for AC.
- No party please, we have neighbors to keep happy.
A simple request, I have one storage room that is locked and restricted to open due to personal belongings being stored there.

- 10 miles to Sirenia Vista Park: (Fishing Area Manatee Viewing, Osprey Nest, Kayak Launch, Purple Martin Houses, Birding)
- 7.3 miles to Four Freedoms Beach

- 8.8 miles from Yacht Club Beach
- 7 miles to Bernice Braden Park for fishing
