These are 2 separate units - one with 1 bedroom and the other with 2 bedrooms.

Property is CoHosted by KMA Property Group LLC. ( Anca and Mike) who are not on property during your stay, but only a message away! Please don't hesitate to reach out via booking app!

Keypad access to each of the 2 units.
The common areas are the Courtyard area in the back with tables and hot tub and grill and the sun porch is always open and is common as well.

Step into a recently renovated kitchen featuring a stylish peninsula, perfect for gathering and crafting memorable meals. There is a kitchen in each of the 2 units.
Unit A : one bedroom has a Queen Bed and the other one Full Bed
Unit B: Bedroom has a King Bed and the living room, a queen fold out sofa bed
The wood floors lead you through the inviting living space, tastefully adorned with comfortable furniture that invites relaxation.
As you explore further, you'll find an attached garage to Unit A, for your convenience and a convenient laundry rooms ( yes, 2 of them) equipped with a washer and dryer, each. Relax and unwind in our lovely 3-season porch, allowing you to enjoy the beauty of each season in comfort.

But that's not all!

Step outside onto the patio and discover the enchanting fire pit area, perfect for making s'mores under the starry night sky. Share laughter and stories as you toast marshmallows and create cherished memories around the crackling fire.

We understand that pets are family too, so feel free to bring along your furry companions to share in the fun.

Our location is equally enchanting, situated just a mile away from the entrance road to Wells Harbor Beach. There, you'll find a serene and picturesque environment, complete with scenic walking trails, a playground for the little ones, and a bandstand for local events. The beautiful beach offers a tranquil escape where you can bask in the sun, listen to the gentle lapping waves, and immerse yourself in the beauty of nature.

Please pickup dog waste ( if you are bringing a pup with you, of course! )
Keep the pups within the fenced in yards or on a leash if you venture out for a walk.
Toiletries/ Essentials provided as a starter kit, for each booking.
There are TWO units in the house a front unit A and back unit B.
This booking allows you access to BOTH units.
You must be 25 or older to book this property.

There is a small business office at the house over the garage. The business is for events (like road races), so it is pretty quiet. Sometimes they come to pick up supplies or are organizing packets to get ready for a race. They are respectful of tenants. If there are any issues please let us know.

IMPORTANT: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking and purchase a damage waiver for a small fee ($35 per booking, non - refundable) The damage waiver is in place to protect you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification and purchase the waiver, via our partner Truvi.
