Our cozy home in Las Condes awaits you for a peaceful and relaxing stay, whether you're traveling for work or pleasure. Located just steps from the Hernando de Magallanes Metro station, you'll have easy access to everything Santiago has to offer. Enjoy a refreshing seasonal pool (December to March), a 24-hour gym (6:00 AM to 12:00 AM), and a prime location near attractions like Pueblito de Los Dominicos, Estadio Italiano, Mall Parque Arauco, and Parque Arauco.



The Space:

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to feel at home, including a kitchen with a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, and basic cooking utensils to prepare your meals or snacks at any time. Additionally, if you're traveling for work, we offer 500 Mbps Wi-Fi to ensure a seamless connection during your stay. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, and we also provide linens and towels. To make your stay even more comfortable, you'll have access to the laundry facilities and outdoor pool during the summer. The building also has a gym.



Guest Access:

Enjoy complete privacy during your stay in our apartment. You'll have full access to all areas of the apartment, including the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms, so you can feel right at home. The building also offers a gym, open 24/7, and an outdoor pool, available during the summer months (December to March).

Getting Around:

Andar en bicicleta: Santiago se está convirtiendo en una ciudad cada vez más amigable para bicicletas, con diversos carriles bici y servicios de alquiler de bicicletas. Puedes alquilar una bicicleta en servicios como Bike Santiago para explorar la ciudad a tu propio ritmo.
