Nina Street House is a spacious 2-bedroom and 1.5-bath 3rd Row Vacation Home, with a private Gazebo and Hot Tub!
Nina Street House is located on a large, secluded wooded lot within walking distance to the ocean. This class beach home is perfectly located to be within a short drive to the local sights and sounds of the Crystal Coast, including historic Swansboro, and a scenic drive to the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores, Fort Macon State Park, and even the charming town of Beaufort.
Ground Level: Covered Parking. Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower.
Level One: Large, open Living Area has a huge Gas-Log Fireplace! Sitting Area is just off the Living Area. Half Bath. Dining Area has access to a spacious deck with furniture for outside dining! Kitchen Area has a Microwave & Dishwasher. Tall Cathedral ceilings throughout! Bedroom 1 has a Queen Sized Memory Foam Mattress. Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed. Both Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a Bath.
Level Two: Loft Area contains a sofa - a perfect place to just hang out and enjoy the company of others!
Amenities: 2 Google Smart TVs, DVD Player, Stereo/CD Player; Wireless High Speed Internet; Interior Washer/Dryer, Central HVAC, Ceiling Fans; Fully Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Refrigerator, Stove/Oven, Portable Rolling Dishwasher, Microwave; Gas Log Fireplace; Outdoor Deck with Furniture; Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower; Charcoal Grill.
Enjoy the boat launch facility and access to the sound at the new Emerald Isle Boat Launch Facility located less than 2 miles away! Between Mile Marker 17.5 and 18 on Highway 58, adjacent to Chapel By The Sea.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rents Weekly only Saturday - Saturday.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
