Saint Philip Square is an award-winning collection of 6 historic buildings with 17 charming rentals. Each unit offers specific features honoring the unique character of that unit. There are no cookie-cutter units, yet we’ve retained the highest standards of Saint Philip Square in design, materials and furnishings. The grounds features outdoor gardens with fountains, dining areas, fire pits and covered barbecues.

Offsite Resort Amenities:
- Access to The Wonderer, an exclusive adult-only resort in downtown Charleston 2.6 miles from Saint Philip Square (guests 25+ only; no one under 21 permitted at the pool).
- Olympic-sized heated pool (cabana rentals available).
- Gym and fitness classes (additional charges apply).
- Onsite bars, restaurant, and workspaces.

House Rules:
- No parties or events without written approval
- No amplified music.
- No smoking inside.
- Pets allowed with prior written approval ($200 non-refundable fee)
- Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM – Be respectful of neighbors.
- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM.
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
- Any decorations must be secured using painter’s tape only to avoid damage to walls.
- Guests must follow trash disposal instructions provided by the host.
- Please return all items and furniture to their original locations.
- The Wonderer access must be booked in advance – no refunds for availability issues.
