***Please Note*** There is some housing construction going on across the street as of May 2025. It's possible that you may hear some of that noise during daytime hours while inside the home, and they sometimes start early in the morning. Our apartment is located in the back of the building though, away from the street, so it shouldn't cause any issues during your stay.

This second story unit is a quick walk to St. Charles Ave and the French Quarter, where you’ll find an abundance of day and night life. A carefully curated collection of furnishings, fixtures and accessories, creates a stylish and authentic New Orleans experience!
This property abounds with special amenities including high-speed WiFi, flatscreen TV's in the living room and master bedroom, updated kitchen with upgraded appliances, separate dining area, comfortable living spaces, and in-unit washer and dryer.
Our bright and open space is the perfect setting for a mid-sized group or family looking to take in the ultimate New Orleans experience. The modern home can sleep up to 4 guests. The bedroom configurations are as follows:
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed and flat screen TV with en suite full bath
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed
Common Areas: 1 Full Bath across from bedroom 2
The home is professionally cleaned prior to every stay and stocked with plenty of linens and towels for your group.
From beautiful sights, taste bud tingling foods, and vibrant live music, who wouldn’t want to visit?! We recommend using public transportation, including streetcars, buses, Uber or Lyft during your stay. For another fun way to explore the area, try Blue Bikes, a ride sharing bike rental all around the city. If you are driving in, we do not provide parking on-site, but there is always an abundance of street parking in front of the home.

2.) Pets are not permitted in this unit - No exceptions
3.) Parking is not provided and guests will need to park on the street
Upon acceptance of your reservation, you will receive a welcome letter containing all of the information you need to access the home and ensure your stay is a memorable one! If you have any additional questions, we are available at any time to assist.

Guests will have access to the second floor unit and in-home washer and dryer. Parking is not provided and guests are asked to park on the street.
Less than a block from St. Charles, and a short 15 minute walk to the French Quarter. We are conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

**There is a $200 security/damage deposit collected 3 days prior to arrival, and returned shortly after your stay. This is done as a $200 hold on your method of payment, not a full charge. Please see the rental agreement (required to be read and signed before booking) for more details. ***

1. The booking guest must have their ID uploaded to their profile.
2. Please be mindful of the neighbors sleeping. We recommend being quiet after 8:30pm (weekdays including Sundays) and 9:00pm (weekends).
3. While early check-in / late checkout may be available, this must be arranged ahead of time for an extra fee. Unauthorized Late checkouts are a $50 charge for each hour after 11am - a 15 minute grace period is given. Late checkouts MUST be requested before 9PM the day before your departure.
4. Clean towels are a provided amenity. Each guest listed through your reservation will receive 1 bath towel and 1 face towel. We are unable to fulfill requests for additional towels during the duration of your stay. Plan ahead while packing, please bring extra towels if you or any of your guests anticipate needing more.
5. Smoking & vaping in the unit will result in a $500 deodorization fee. Please smoke outside of the property.
6. Unregistered guests and parties are prohibited by local laws and ILLEGAL. Our occupancy limits are set by local ordinance. Any guest found to have had a party or over-occupancy will be charged a $1,000 fee for non-compliance with local laws. Exterior cameras present at the property to verify these laws/house rules are not broken. As of May 2022, all platforms have specifically banned parties from their units. Violation of this rule will result in a ban from the platform.
7. Please do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces.
8. Please do not use face towels to remove makeup, it damages the towels.
9. If the space is left excessively dirty $50 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids will result in a charge of $150. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $100.
10. Unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 deep cleaning cleaning fee and immediate request to leave. Pet Boarding recommendations available upon request. Both the owner and staff have pet allergies. If traveling with pets please inquire about our pet friendly units.
11. After you’ve read these rules, please send me a message with the words “yellow kangaroo” it will let me know that you have read the rules thoroughly.
12. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings from “Locals” at this time. Locals is meant to include anyone residing within 60 miles of New Orleans.
13. While we cannot receive any mail or packages to the space we will assist with getting packages shipped to New Orleans if needed.
14. Commercial video and photo shoots are strictly forbidden without prior and authorized consent. Associated day-rate fees, liability waivers and copyright contracts will apply if consent is given.
15. Message us for long term stays.
16. Trash is picked up on Friday.
17. All of our TV's are streaming, we do not provide any account information, you will have to log into your own. Please remember to log out at check out. We do not have cable TV.
18. Should you wish to receive an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know the day before and we will determine if it's possible. We require time to prepare the unit for your stay or after your stay for the next guest and sometimes we are unable to accommodate. If we can accommodate, we will charge $25/hour for the additional booking time. This will also be in place for dropping luggage off or leaving your luggage after checkout time has passed. Payment will be requested after your additional time has been approved.
19. Lost Items: We return lost items for a $75 flat fee. This is to cover shipping costs, along with the time spent to retrieve & mail your item. If you leave anything at the unit, please let us know immediately.
