Vårt hem ligger i hotellzonen, stranden ligger tvärs över gatan där ligger Secrets The Vine och Hard Rock hotell, måste gå 30/40 steg från ingången och är totalt gratis. Du kommer att njuta av vackra solnedgångar i en avkopplande tropisk miljö. Villa är 3660 kvm ft, i tre nivåer, består av ett vardagsrum, matsal, fullt kök, 4 sovrum, (2 master sviter), alla med badrum och individuell luftkonditionering. Vardagsrum och matsal dekorera med möbler på hög nivå, läderbussning, bordsglas, etc.
Andelslägenhet erbjuder 24-timmars säkerhet, 2 pooler (en för vuxna och en för barn) tennis- och basketplaner och vackra tropiska trädgårdar. Beläget inom gångavstånd till köpcentra (La Isla & Kukulcan Plaza) nattklubbar, restauranger, marinor, stormarknad, springa, busshållplats och taxibilar.

So close to the Beach, amazing pool!

Communication with Daniel was so easy. He answered all my questions and booked airport transport. The house and pool were amazing! The house has bath and beach towels! If you plan on cooking, the kitchen is kind of small, but has everything you need to cook and serve meals. The jug of water was a nice surprise for when we arrived aso we didn't immediately need to buy bottled water. I wasn't sure where to procure more toilet paper, so we bought it from the store, but otherwise the visit was seamless! was

A short stay, but a great vacation.

Overall stay was great. Our host, Daniel and Marianne was superb. A great location with restaurants nearby, a short walking distance. The spiral stairwell and walking could be challenging for the elderly guest or medical conditions. Would recommend for a great vacation. Bring your own chairs for the Beach that was a short walking distance away. Shopping was a distance away, need transportation.

Perfect for a bigger group

We loved staying in this lovely home. It was an accurate reflection of the listing. It was nice to have a restroom per bedroom. We loved the common spaces. Overall a great place to stay. Super close to the ocean! Highly recommend it!!!

Great location

The house was perfect for our large extended family of 12. The location was perfect as we were feet away from a pharmacy, a minute away from the each, a few minutes walk to the bus, as well as a few restaurants within walking distance.

Family Vacay/Matt’s Graduation Celebration!

Our condo was awesome! Very clean and had just about everything we needed. It also has a washer and dryer which made it nice not having to go back home with loads of laundry. Plenty of room and the back patio personal pool was just what we all needed after a hot day outdoors! Highly recommend!!

Cancun villa

Very nice stay. Each family had their own bathroom. The 2 pools on the property were small and perfect for the kids. The beach was an easy 5 minute walk and very nice. Daniel was a great host and answered all our questions promptly.

Amazing property!

Daniel has a beautiful home supplied with everything you need during their stay. The pool is an amazing addition that no other home on the property can replicate, the kitchen is fully stocked, the beach is really close, the help of the tour director is extremely convenient, COVID tests right next door, and the location is unbeatable. Perfect getaway to catch up with friends

The property was great and perfect for what we were looking for in this vacation. The listing was accurate, the location was very safe and walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We took the public transportation daily with no issues. Amazing property in Cancun

This property is absolutely stunning! Daniel is the most welcoming and responsive host. I had the pleasure of staying in his condo with a few of my girlfriends for my bachelorette weekend, and the location and safety of this property are phenomenal! Amazing Week in Cancun

The house was perfect for our group of 12 on Spring Break! Marianne helped to coordinate a catamaran/snorkeling tour that was the highlight of our trip. Also, make sure to take advantage of the chef cooking for you. The meal was amazing! I would definitely recommend this for large groups going to Cancun. Perfect location, wonderful staff to interact with and beautiful home!

Family stay

Wish the pool was heated. Since it is not in the sun it was so cold we couldn't use it the whole time. The small pools in the courtyard were too cold too. The ocean was warm. Good location to the bus stop.

Beautiful Home, as advertized

Bachelor party of 7. We chose to rent the home as an alternative to spending big money to stay in one of the larger hotels, and it ended up being the perfect choice. Short walk to the beach and bus stop, we missed out on nothing. And the pool right outside our back door gave us all the access we need. The staff was kind and helpful, and the home was beautiful and roomy. Recommend to any looking for a high end option outside of a major hotel stay.

Beautiful Condo Stay

This condo is more beautiful in person than what the photos reveal online. We came to celebrate two of our loved ones birthdays in Cancun and Daniel assisted us with the chef and the tour agent. Chef Erick who came out and catered a lovely birthday dinner party for us and his partner catered Brunch for us the following day, right in the condo. Marianne provided us with the tours- from the catamaran to the ATV Excursions. Thank Daniel for having us as guest in your lovely condominium.
