The Perfect Vintage Getaway- 3BDR, 10 Min To Downtown, Private Backyard
Welcome to our charming oasis in the heart of Houston, TX!
Discover our stunning and spacious, 3 BDR/2 BA located less than 8 minutes to Downtown, the University of Houston, The Medical Center, and Lots of Restaurants and Shops. As you step through the front door, you'll be greeted by a bright, airy space adorned with stylish decor and furnishings. With our convenient amenities such as Wi-Fi, workspace, parking, and many more, your stay will be as convenient as it is delightful.
Please note in order to maintain safety on our properties, we do like to inform our guest that the first half of the stairs does not have railings.
We do have a "no parties" policy, which means we do not permit large gatherings or events on own property. This rule aims to maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors, prevent property damage, and uphold the safety and comfort of both guests and the property itself. This includes restrictions on inviting additional, unregistered guests beyond those included in the booking.
Finally, It is acceptable to shot a film - long or short - on our property, but we do require guest to message us before booking. This insures they understand the filming fee and policies.
