Welcome to 1862 St. Andrews! This beautifully outfitted 2nd level condo has been renovated top to bottom, providing the perfect respite for your next getaway!
The open concept floor plan features comfortable furnishings, including a sectional sofa and Smart TV. The private balcony can be accessed from both the living area and the main bedroom doors.
The dining area is just off the living room, and additional seating can be found at the kitchen bar. The kitchen features marble counters and stainless appliances.
The main bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Up the spiral stairs you'll find the loft bedroom area with queen bunk beds and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.
Palmetto Dunes is a secured community, please specify the number of security gate passes that are needed at the time of booking your reservation. Passes are charged per car per week. 2 cars max.
St. Andrews Commons is located just inside the desirable Palmetto Dunes Ocean Front Resort. The community features an on-site pool open April through September and is a short 1.2-mile bike ride to the beach or an easy half-mile walk to the Palmetto Dunes General Store. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
Located mid-island on 2,000 acres of lush island landscapes, Palmetto Dunes boasts one of the East Coast's premiere beaches, championship golf and tennis, and miles of bike and walking trails in a tranquil setting.
