Condo

The master ceiling fan makes all kinds of noises you have to slam the front door to shut and we had water leaking from a wall and after we finally got ahold of someone to tell it was 20 messages back and forth 2 hours later someone finally showed up to take pictures of it. Not impressed

Family Vacation

Perfect location, beautiful view! There was plenty of room for all six of us. The kids (17, 19, 21, and 23) found lots to do in walking distance and everyone had a blast. We usually stay in Destin but found this to be a more affordable area so we gave it a try and we loved it! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Thanks for a beautiful family vacation.

It’s by far best condo I ever stayed enjoyed the time on the beach the condo was great clean big 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms enjoyed the view of sunset and the beach Wake up in the morning to drink up in the morning oceans sound is the best I think I just find my place in PCB every year I will be coming to 903 Grandview east thank you to management. Ps:one of the elevator was out of service on the day of arrival and within couple of hrs was already up and running so great responding time and I’m not giving them 5 stars I’m giving 10 stars

Family Getaway to PCB

Overall the location and amenities were suitable for our large family. However, it was obvious that the furnishings and maintenance of the unit could use some TLC. The patio furniture was tattered and cushions in pieces, the sound system was broken, the master bathroom wall near the shower needs repair and the appliances were aged. Additionally, there's a problem with the pipes because every time we flushed the toilet in the master bath the pipes made a loud noise that sounded like a cruise ship was passing through. Location and spaciousness were the most appreciated features of this unit.

Old & Outdated Several Items were Broken

Several of the items that were complained about in previous reviews have NOT been corrected as of April 2021. Its obvious that the property manager does not care about maintaining the unit as long as the rental is bringing in money. Little items like the coffee machine, the blow dryer, & the TV in the 3rd bedroom are still broken. (I composed a list of several broken items but am not sure if they will get fixed) There were also large items such as when flushing the toilet in the master bathroom....you hear an extremely LOUD noise all over the unit (in the walls) EVERY single time the toilet flushes. The patio sliding door is still broken & hard to open & close (I was told by Whitney the operation manager to use my strength) The furniture is still outdated, the patio furniture is stained & old, the place is still in need of updating, & repair. The best thing about the unit is the location and the view. Renter BEWARE there are so many places to rent dont waste your time here. I have photos & videos, & i have contacted the company as we had several other issues during our stay, but after two emails to several people and 3weeks later they have yet to respond.

Perfect Location

This condo worked great for our beach loving family of 5. The walk from our room to the beach is so easy and short. The pool size was great and having it shaded was so nice on those very hot days. My family would love to stay here again.

The front door needs a new one. It does not lock from the inside only a chain at the top and it could use some new paint on the walls.

Perfect Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Grandview. This condo was family friendly and the ocean view was amazing. Even though we were on the ninth floor it was a very short walk to the beach. We had a wonderful week!

The renal was exactly as described. Very easy process of getting checked in. Plenty of room for our entire group. Loved the balcony view and the ease of the beach access being right there. Definitely recommend.

Useless jacuzzi tub

The condo was as advertised, except the jacuzzi tub was useless. It didn’t maintain hot water or even warm water long enough to fill past the jets. My amazing husband boiled pots of water just so I could have my bath at least once. The screen door to the balcony was just leaning against the door. Not even attached. The walls needed patched. It wasn’t very clean, crumbs and cup rings on the table kind of things. The closet in the master bedroom hadn’t been cleaned, there was a swimsuit liner suck to the table in the walk-in closet.

Beautiful Space

The condo was light and open. The beds were very comfortable, and the master bath was nice. We had a question upon checking in and were andwered promptly by Kelli. The service was courteous amd invited amy further inquiries. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful views, close to everything

The condo is very nice and spacious. It is south of Pier Park but an easy drive to everything. The property mgr was the best we’ve had in our 5 yrs of coming to PCB. The beach did get a little crowded but we rented cabanas and had plenty of room. Would definitely stay here again
