When you aren't building sandcastles or scouting for seashells, head for the shared pool's turquoise waters, or to the grilling area where summer cookouts are inevitable. Notable amusements nearby include the Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, Key Colony Beach Golf, Sunset Park, the Dolphin Research Center, and numerous restaurants and shops.

Nautical decorations and modern furnishings line the interior of your retreat. As the chef of your family whips up delicious dishes with the stainless steel appliances in the well-equipped kitchen, you can completely relax on the living room's soft seating. Play one of the provided board games or stream that show you've been meaning to watch.

The bedroom is spacious and bright, offering a work desk, soft linens, a large TV, and plenty of storage space. When additional sleeping arrangements are needed, utilize the living room's sofa bed. A private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and internet access tie together the stellar interior conveniences.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Hulu Live is available via the owner's account. All other streaming services are available with guests’ account(s).
Please be aware that check-in MUST occur prior to 10:00PM for this home, due to Gate Access.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: There is a fishing dock available for guest use.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
