Ocean Sands 204A is a beautiful Oceanfront Studio Style Condo with 1 bathroom in Atlantic Beach. Just a short walk away from the beautiful Crystal Coast beaches!
Amenities Include: Kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. You will also find a box TV and a flat-panel TV, one of which is equipped with basic cable channels.
Bedding includes: 1 queen and 1 queen sleeper sofa
Community Details: The oceanside community of Ocean Sands is nestled in the heart of Atlantic Beach and provides a cozy getaway with newly renovated studio units. Each unit encompasses the owners' unique taste throughout, and a kitchenette is available for your convenience. Ocean Sands is a quaint and family-centered place to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. This community is ideal for couples, singles, and small families who can't wait to begin their week in paradise. Among the many things available for you to keep busy, you can enjoy a romantic weekend, dolphin watching, sunsets (and sunrises if you're up to it), and strolls along the oceanfront. All Ocean Sands units are within walking distance of a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops and you will find Emerald Isle, Beaufort, and Morehead City just a short car ride away!

-Kiddie pool
-Coin-operated laundry facility
-Park grill access and picnic table area
-Picnic Area
-Beach Access Walkway
-Outdoor Showers
-Wireless High Speed Internet
-Oceanside Gazebo
Community Rules: Boats, Boat Trailers, etc. are not allowed to park within the community. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas within the community.
Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly stays.
No Smoking. No Pets.
Rents Weekly only Sunday - Sunday.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Companyâs Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
