Located between Beaufort and Morehead City on Radio Island, Olde Towne Yacht Club is a fantastic place to spend your next vacation! This condo complex has the best of all worlds being close to historic Fort Macon State Park, the charming town of Beaufort, a scenic drive to Emerald Isle, and don't forget to check out the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores on the way there! Olde Towne Yacht Club a spacious Clubhouse, a Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, an Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower with a Dressing Area, Grilling Area, a well-equipped Fitness Room, a Sauna and an Elevator. Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay.
Marina with Boat Docking Facilities (Boat Slip Does Not Come with the Rental but Slip Rentals are Available through the Complex Association). Guests may fish off the dock as well! Please Note: No boat parking unless guest rents boat slips through the marina.
Olde Towne Yacht Club 715 is a beautiful, 3-bedroom, 2-bath, artfully decorated condo, with a Fully Equipped Kitchen. Located on the Inter-coastal Waterway, it offers views of both Historic Beaufort and Carrot Island, where the wild horses play. You have East Access to Radio Island Beach, walkway located in complex parking lot. Set in a World Class Marina setting and adjacent to Sandy Beach, this is a picturesque place to rest, relax and enjoy North CarolinaÂĄs Crystal Coast.
Bedroom #1: King Bed, TV, Deck Access, Private Bathroom with Shower/Tub.
Bedroom #2: Queen Bed, TV, Attached Shared Bathroom with Hallway.
Bedroom #3: Double over Double Bunk Bed Set with Twin sized Trundle underneath, TV, Shared Bathroom.
Additional Amenities include: 4 Smart TVs all with Basic Cable, High-Speed Wireless Internet access, a Washer/Dryer, Coffee Maker, Refrigerator, Attached Icemaker, Oven, Microwave, Toaster Oven, a Large Outdoor Deck with Furniture, Covered Parking, and more!
Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.
No Smoking.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.
Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Companyâs Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
