Queens Court 3303 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Third Floor Angled Oceanview Condo. Located in Katherine's Court. Living Area has a Queen Sleeper Sofa and a private balcony with furniture. Dining Area. Kitchen/bar Area has a microwave and dishwasher. Master Bedroom has a King Bed and Twin bed with Private Bath. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds. Full Bath in Hall. High Speed Wireless Internet Access, 3 Color Cable TVs, DVD Player, Stereo with CD Player. Central Heat & Air. Washer/Dryer.

Linens and towels provided for weekly stays only.

No Smoking. No Pets.

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Golf carts are not allowed.

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3-night minimum stay, off-season only.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
