Very hit and miss. First room was unusable with a completely broken mattress but they moved us to a second room that was better in that regard. The resort looks nothing like the highly edited photos. They even showed a fireplace and separate tub neither of which our room had. Extra sad as if I was informed the tub in the picture was not included I would not have booked the room. (the bath shown was not in the room we rejected for the broken bed mattress either so a straight lie). They show the photos for some premium room that may exist but then book you a different room. Both pools were closed for maintenance the full trip so be warned. These have been closed for over a year and will be closed for the next year but still are prominently featured. Most recent update I had from the resort was closed until September 2026. No impact on the rating for this since this was in the details but be warned to read the full details as this lister will gladly include photos that they know are not indicative of the actual rental. I was tricked by not reading the full description and hope I am the last one. Be very careful here as they show lots of pictures that may be applicable to much more expensive rooms or amenities available years ago but this lister is betting on people not paying to close of attention so last minute renter like me might fall for their deception. Also the resort will push to attend a time share seminar But respectfully backed off when I said no thank you.
