This rental was SO wonderful! The house is beautiful! The backyard, with the pool and hot tub was amazing. The location was great and the staff was exceptional in communication and filling our needs. 10/10 and then some! Can’t wait to rent this beautiful property again!

The house was in a wonderful location, porch was great and so was pool, and kitchen was well stocked. The woman who helped us to check in was also lovely.

This house was excellent for our group of 8. Location was superb. Having the heated pool was lovely. Management was extremely responsive in addressing our minor issue with a beeping smoke detector. I would say the bedroom with the twin beds is small and leads directly to a laundry porch so it gets to be a little humid. Had to leave the door open to get the AC flowing. Would definitely stay again!

Seven adults stayed here to celebrate a birthday and it was perfection. We were worried the pool would be smaller than it looked but it was nice and big - plenty big for all of us to be in. The hot tub was excellent post-bars. Everything is within walking distance - the only Ubers we used was from and to the airport. They pushed the twin beds together for us to make kings ahead of our stay. Highly recommend.

Large house - within walking to all main activities in KW

The house was spacious and accommodating. There were a group of friends in town and the house was close to all activities in town whether it be Duval or the waterfront. The house has a heated pool and hot tub which was a bonus. The kitchen had all necessary equipment to use regularly which we did a lot of cooking. It even had a great grill which was used. Property management was excellent and accommodating. A great visit all around.

We had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful. We got our monies worth out of the pool and hot tub, that’s for sure. We enjoyed several iguanas and lizards visiting us daily! On the down side, the beds are very hard! Everyone complained about their backs every morning. Two-ply toilet paper should be a must have..one-ply is for gas stations only!! Overall..it was a great stay and a great vacation!

We agree about the TP. We let our housekeeping company know 2-ply all the way! Hope to see you again. PS to future guests, while most mattresses there are newer, they are on the firm side from what we're told. Although firm is subjective of course...
