• Events, weddings, receptions, parties, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. This property only allows 12 guests at any time. This rule is strictly enforced.

•There can be lots of snow in the winter & highly recommend that guests have a four-wheel drive vehicle, winter driving experience, & winter tires
