Convenient location in Downtown Gatlinburg

Great for the Price and good location.

Reviewer Comments: Originally rented Laurel Innn for the heated outdoor pool for the children when we get there the pool is not open even though the listing says year round got transferred to oak place was assured it was just as nice it most definitely wasn't I have pictures it was dirty the sofa bed was broken and the fridge was rust covered. We paid double the price for Laurel inn for one night that we would've paid for 2 at this place and I understand why

Close to town

This place was nice, it was close and convenient to town and easy to get to the bypass if you wanted to go to pigeon forge. It was clean and easy to get into and out of. Will be back.

The kitchen is perfect size. Bathroom is a little small but fine for 2 people. Needs updated hairdryer.A very nice touch was the coffee and filters in the cabinet. We would love to return !

disappointed in a lot of things

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: our experience was the least appealing of all the many years we have stayed at the oak square. When we arrived because we were early I went to the front desk to see if we could check in. It was closed, so i went to the room. The code worked and when I went in, the room was nasty, uncleaned. We decided to go to lunch and come back. At 3pm, our room was not ready. It was being cleaned. So we waited awhile and finally got in. We paid to start at 3 pm, this was wrong. No remote for bedroom tv, and i assume i would have had to go to another location to get that. That is not acceptable for me to have to chase down items. Also, wanted to use outdoor pool but it had not been cleaned and was not satisfactory. The next day, someone came to clean it. My daughter did call the number and leave a message of all the concerns but no return call ever came. all of this was ashamed that it happened but it is true. We have no plans of stopping to visit the smokies but we do feel we were slighted on this one. Someone should of returned our call, and having someone on site makes way better sense. I mean, why should we have to take a ride in our car to get more towels if we needed.

Room was clean and my daughter slept on fold-out couch and had no complaints. Small kitchen with plates etc for use if needed. Only complaint, no housekeeping the full 3 days we were there.

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location in downtown Gatlinburg. Easy to walk to everything! Condo building has both an indoor and outdoor pool. There was no blanket for the sofa bed. THere is a rental office onsite which probably could have given me one, but I couldn't ever get over there when they were open. Right by Ober Gatlinburg lift! We have stayed all over Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge over the years and this was definitely one of the best locations, if not the best one we have stayed at.

Excellent Condo

Very nice and convenient to al Gatlinburg has to offer. The condo was right off the elevator, nicely decorated, king bed was very comfortable. Definitely will stay again.
