This fully furnished 2BR/2BA first-floor unit in conveniently located within the famous Legends Golf course in Myrtle Beach. Great golf, convenient location near shopping and a quick drive to the beach all make this unit special for your next vacation to the Myrtle Beach area!

Upon entering this private condo, you will find the living area offers an abundance of natural light and a wide 65-inch-High-Definition flat screen TV with tables, couches and chairs to unwind along with a separate kitchen with all the necessary appliances. The master suite features two queen sized beds along with an oversized 75-inch-High-Definition flat screen TV for your comfort and convenience. Private shower and toilet. The second bedroom features two queen sized beds along with an oversized 65-inch OLED smart TV with a separate bathroom. Outside the condo there is a private sitting area with tables and chairs to take in the fresh air after a round of golf or fun at the beach. The unit has all the comforts of home in a quiet community and can sleep up to 8!

Legends Golf Course offers 3 famous challenging golf courses onsite and has a large clubhouse, driving range, and separate golf academy. The Ailsa Pub is within walking distance of the condo offering food and drinks in a casual environment. The community is conveniently located near Tanger Outlets for all your shopping needs and there are many local and well-known restaurants nearby. A quick drive and you will be in the heart of Myrtle Beach with its famous beach and many other attractions such as Broadway at Beach, Barefoot Landing, Top Golf and various entertainment venues such as the Alabama Theater, Carolina Opry, Dixie Stampede to a name a few! Our first trip to Myrtle beach!

The property looks exactly as pictured, the check in process was very stressful, they don’t send check in instructions until the day of , but I called the emergency line and the property manager responded quickly, there was some other broken/ minor things but we still enjoyed our time in Myrtle beach.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The wifi does not work and we could not get any resolutions while we were there. Two kitchen table chairs lost all their cushion. you feel like your sitting in a hole.

Excellent experience

This unit was very clean, very comfortable and, for us, very convenient. The 60 inch tvs in the bedrooms were a major plus. All in all just a fine experience.

Legends Resort - Labor Day Visit

Was down in Myrtle Beach for my son's golf tournament at the Legends Resort. Stayed on property, and the condo we chose couldn't have been in a better location. Right on property and close to everything. Overall the stay was great!

I am a Legend

I will say the communication process with the property manager Shawna was amazing and well above and beyond. She was always very responsive and helpful. Made my stay very very easy and enjoyable. I enjoyed the layout of the condo but just have a couple of things about the property itself. 1. Very very dim inside even with lights on. Very low lumen. Not a show stopper that is for sure.. 2. Location of this condo was PERFECT. 3. Not sure if it was recently bombed but found dead bugs/cockroaches all over the condo. At least they were dead just wished they would have been picked up by maintainers. 4. The floors are beautiful but they were EXTREMEL Y dirty. Our feet were black after walking on them during our stay. Just need to be cleaned better. 5. The counter tops looked like they were cleaned with dirty rags/cloths. Smeared and residue. 6. Bedroom with own bathroom the toilet paper holder is in a horrible position. 7. The tub doors need better cleaning and attention as there were some mold like substance. 8. Lastly, I think the HVAC vents need to be cleaned/sanitized. We both woke up everyday congested. 9. Lastly I would recommend coasters for the condo. You don't want people putting glasses with condensation directly on the wood. I know this list seems long but it didn't affect my stay. I really enjoyed it but just wanted to pass things along that should get attention. I do want to thank everyone that helped us out and made it enjoyable.
