Shopping, restaurants, and a fishing pier are only a short walk or bike ride away. Sunny Daze is also equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet for your convenience.

An open floor plan and modern furnishings characterize this cozy cottage. The Living Area, with a flat screen television, and the Dining Area, boasting covered deck access, are located on this level. The Kitchen Area is fully equipped including a Microwave and coffee maker (no dishwasher). Streetside Bedroom #1 has a King Bed with a Flat Screen TV. Bedroom #2 has a Double Bed.

Amenities include: Beach Access two houses down, Gas & Charcoal Grill, a Microwave, Corn Hole, Hot and Cold Outdoor Shower Furnished outdoor deck, DVD Player, and CD Player.
