Beachwalk Gardens, in a gated community in the heart of North Naples, is just a short stroll from Vanderbilt Beach and other local amenities. Kitchen and Master Bathroom remodeled Summer of 2025. (Current photos have not yet been updated to show the remodel ... check back soon!)
Beachwalk is a low density community with winding roads and tropical foliage and features a Club House, six Har-Tru lighted tennis courts; two community swimming pools; fitness room, hot spa; bocce court; 24/7/365 manned gatehouse; and scheduled activities in the clubhouse. Not only is it steps away from Vanderbilt Beach, but also it is walking distance to The Mercato; Pavilion Shopping Center; movie theaters; Publix; and several local restaurants.
This roomy and spotless two bedroom, two bath ground floor property offers a king bed in the master with zero entry shower in the master bath, 2 twin beds in other bedroom, and both bedrooms have walk-in closets. With a full sized living room and dining room and screen lanai offering a wonderful lake view, this condo is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or tennis courts. Fully equipped with all furnishing, kitchen amenities, full-sized washer and dryer, linens and towels, beach chairs and bicycle, Cable TV and internet, all you will need is your personal luggage! The property has one attached covered car port, with additional guest parking spaces.
This property has a minimum 30 day rental. There is a strict no pets, no RVs, motorcycles, or trucks policy permitted on the property. Please note that the condo is subject to the completion of a Beachwalk rental agreement, a Beachwalk Gardens Condo Association (BGCA) application and a BGCA approval . BGCA application approval requires 10 days minimum on average, and no rental can be finalized until received.
Due to the Homeowners Association's (BGCA) approval process, please submit an inquiry with your desired dates since a booking request cannot be accepted until after BGCA application and approvals have been completed.
