Lovely place overall, and we truly enjoyed our stay. However, my friends and I specifically booked this location because we were looking forward to using the pool. Unfortunately, it was not up and running during our visit. We do wish this had been communicated to us in advance, as it did impact our experience.

We had a problem at check-in - our keys were not in the provided lock box - everything else was as listed in the instructions. We were able to contact the host, and someone came to the office somewhat quickly to resolve the issue. The description stated that there was to be a queen bed and a twin bed in one room, there was only a queen bed in each room. They did bring us an inflatable bed to use.We did have a line of ants coming from the smaller bedroom to the kitchen, not a big deal, we found cleaning supplies and had no other problem during our stay. The pool was a welcome addition to our stay!Great location, quiet and restful with some spectacular views of the countryside and city.

Thank you so much for your detailed feedback. we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for the issue with the lockbox at check-in. We're glad you were able to reach us and that our team could resolve it quickly, but we understand how important a smooth arrival is and will be reviewing this to ensure it doesn’t happen again. We also apologize for the confusion regarding the bed setup. Thank you for your understanding, and we’re happy we could provide an additional bed to make your stay more comfortable. Regarding the ants, we appreciate your patience and understanding. While this can occasionally happen in tropical environments, we will be taking extra measures to address it and improve our pest control. We’re very happy to hear that you enjoyed the pool, the peaceful surroundings, and the views those are some of our favorite features as well! Thank you again for staying with us. We truly hope to have the opportunity to host you again and provide an even better experience next time.
